It couldn´t be more beautiful. In this Place everything is well picked and just unbelievable beautiful.

There was really nothing wrong with this Place.

Among 5 places we have stayed on Bali, this was our favourite one . We really enjoyed the large open spaces of the villa around the pool , styled with taste . Luxury at affordable price . Recommended !

This one is amazing property - very well located a bit far from the noisy tourists in a very quiet village, just a 100 steps from the beach. Design of the villa is wonderful every little detail, smell of the towel, even ash-trays are very nice. The staff is very helpful, always smiling, they really did everything for us. The owners (and we were lucky, because the guests too) of the villa - very nice, polite, interesting and kind people, they made our staying absolutely unforgettable! We loved being your guests! It is the best that we had a feeling of staying not in the hotel, but home. A big, very well designed home with a sea-view and a beautiful garden full of nice people:)

All was great, but i would specify one thing for those who are going to stay at Lautan Kupu-Kupu. The beach is not really for swimming because of the current.

I stayed at Lautan Kupu Kupu for 6 days and it is the perfect place for relaxation, the staff is super nice, there are only 5 houses to rent, so its very personal and not crowded, owners French and friendly. The pool and common areas are fairytale like.

Its little far away from anywhere, can be resolved with motorbike or driver rental.

Room was awesome, staff were extremely friendl, they have a very nice pool. Breakfast is very delicious not a buffet but good enough. Awesome value for money.

Great location, facilities and staff.

The villas are lovely with a nice, simple and homely feel. They are private and spacious so you don't feel you are staying with numerous other guests. The pool and living areas are lovely and the rooms have a very nice outlook. Bathrooms are also spacious. It is quite simple without feeling budget but very comfortable.

There is nothing I didn't like. The staff are friendly, rooms great, good location. Sadly there is construction along the beach which can be noisy but that is not the fault of the Villas. Hopefully soon it will be cleared up. I would stay there again regardless.

Lautan Kupu really succeeded in creating a one of a kind beach house with the most most beautiful and relaxing pool side and living space. (You really cannot call it a living room: it is too big and impressive!) From your private rooms, you hear nothing but breaking waves (two minutes walk from legendary surfing spot River Mouth) and rice field breezes. If you come to Bali for an advanced surf, this is where you want to be. A very calm and relaxing way to spend your surfing honeymoon! I absolutely recommend this place and its very kind staff.

If you are not so much into very fast-breaking surf and dont want to spend the whole day reading a book by the pool, Canggu may not be your ideal destination. There are a few (lovely) restaurants by the beach (walking distance), though you really want to go to Seminyak and Legian for more (clubs, restaurants, shops). We spent a few hours on our motor bike (rush hours are to be avoided) driving to and from the "civilised world", though it is very much worth not staying in Australian crowded Kuta/Seminyak. To be conclusive: you'll manage if you can drive a motor bike.

Peaceful relaxing good position for beach

This place was so good we changed our travel plans so we could come back. A very relaxed and a beautiful place to escape for a few days. The staff were also amazing and helped us plan everything to do with our trip. This was by far the best place we found to stay in Bali.

Didn't like leaving this place - just wanted to stay there for another week. No faults at all...

Lionel, Widi and the rest of the staff at Lautan made our trip very comfortable and relaxing. The location of the villa is ideal for surfing and close to great places to eat and realx. Highly reccomend!

La villa se trouve près d'une plage de surfers mais loin des commerces et services. La villa ne proposant normalement que le petit déjeuner, il faut absolument avoir un moyen de transport

le paradis sur terre.... un endroit fabuleux... la villa est sublime, une decoration raffinee et somptueuse, c est a couper le souffle. A 300 m d une plage non touristique.... le bonheur... un endroit paradisiaque pour se ressourcer... personnel adorable... widy et pablo resteront comme deux tres belles rencontres... et une masseuse hors pair... bref.... Sublime!

Posizione rispetto a Kuta Beach, servizi e stanza superba (superior di recente costruzione), in generale molto funzionale. Ottima la spa e la piscina.

Nulla in particolare. Personale non al 100% pronto ad interloquire in inglese, comunque molto disponibile.

Beautiful House, very cozy rooms, perfect for relax! We had 3 days of rain out of 3, and just hang out in the hotel, which was perfect! Very helpful and welcoming owner! The best you can get for your money... but it's not just about money... in Lautan Kupu Kupu it's about more!

Klasse kleine Anlage mit sehr ansprechendem Design. Man wird charmant bekümmert. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Très belle et vaste maison tout proche de Pantai Pererenan. Les chambres sont très vastes, confortables et calmes Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Marie, merci pour ce très bon séjour.

Séjour trop court !

Cette maison d'hôtes de 5 chambres est une merveilleuse surprise et un enchantement . C'est notre troisième séjour à bali et qu'elle surprise de trouver cette maison au confort, à la décoration au service si haut de gamme avec une tarification très sage, surtout pour une adresse avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous retournerons sans problème dans cet établissement lors de notre prochain séjour à bali..superbe piscine à débordement et accueil francophone ce qui peut être un plus pour assimiler les subtilités de l'ile des dieux.
