located near all the clothing and IT wholesale malls which are connected by foot bridges. we spent 4 days there without having to once take a taxi anywhere! a short taxi ride to plaza indonesia if you after designer stuff. its in a hectic and crowded part of town away from all the upmarket malls. hotel was very busy so very little in terms of personal attention. breakfast was always crowded and had to share tables. |

traffic is terrible The breakfast area was cramp and poorly organised. The hotel has a strange policy of only accepting new USD notes. They claim is was their accounting dept policy. Failing which they will charge Rupiah in the exchange rate set by the hotel. The rate is far higher than the standard exchange rate at the point in time. So either you have nice USD notes or you may be asked to charge your credit cards or pay at local rate. |

The hotel is very convenient for those who like shopping. We had our BBQ dinner and the staff attending to us were very helpful and attentive. The guitarist was good. We asked for an extra bed and was being pushed around. we made many calls and personally went down to the receptin to remind them on it. The bed finally arrived aftermore than 3hours of waiting. |
