“ Everything! Hotel room very clean. No plumbing Issues that I have heard others complain about. Staff amazing and so friendly- they can't do enough for you. Had a very noisy neighbour 2 nights, called reception and they sent security straight away. Breakfast is amazing. Ac worked beautifully. ”

The manager was very friendly & helpful & so were all the staff, we had a great time there & my wife said we would stay there next time we go to bali . the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade like flat screen T.v's & it needs to put in dvd players & a lot better & more tv channels , most tv channels are in indoniesian & westerners can't understand them We & a lot of other guests we spoke to moaned about the old TV's & channels & no dvd players , most hotels have these amenities I told the manager about this & he said they would look into it

Close to most things Staff friendly, except breakfast crew Terrible water pressure in our rooms, couldn't shower most of the time Room was not particularly clean when we arrived.

It was a beautiful place! We stayed a few days n went to another hotel on kuta beach but came back. It's easy, reasonable priced, comfortable and the staff are lovely. The showers!

Friendly staff. Nice location in the Legian area. Walking distance to the beach. Easy access to food as well shops. Not to far off from the airport. Breakfast at the hotel served almost the same food for the 3 days we stayed-needs variety.

the staff were very helpful and friendly although I think more training with co ordination required, ie meals were not delivered to a table together with the orders and we had to wait a half an hour one night for our bill. Pool good and cocktail night wonderful. people staying up partying in the pool til way past the 10pm close. Kept us awake, also mosquitos in the room when we asked staff to spray

The staff friendly. Was good location! Didn't have anything stolen. Staff got nicer longer we stayed! Breakfast was nice! Fresh! That when we got there we where told it was fully booked and our room was down graded! Awful then even after asking for twin room got a double but was ok but we friends not lovers! We didn't end up with a view like had booked for! Food and drinks at hotel to expensive! When my room was being cleaned I came back and random people in my room that not cleaners! Pool warm and not to nice! Had to wait 2.5 hours for a pool towel! My Indo friend had trouble coming to hotel!

There is nothing negative at all in our experience with staying at the paradisio. The only bad thing is we are not there anymore!We will definantly be back.

The friendliness of the employees, nothing was too much trouble. Great location and within easy walking distance of the beach. shops and entertainment The dininig room had no character - I've stayed at Legian Paradiso when the dining room was in a different location. In that previous loction, there was a very pleasant atmosphere and a unique culture. I was disappointed that particular culture is no longer a feature of the hotel dining room. I would describe the current climate has lacking a soul! I would not anticpate returning to your hotel.

The staff were very friendly and eager to please everything we asked for was addressed imediatetly.The location was Ideal for the price the accomadation was good.We had stayed in Seminyak earlier in the year at a 5 star Hotel and enjoyed it but it was at $200 per night as was for a special occassion this hotel cost us $77 per night and I felt that for that price the hotel was comfortable and clean a little dated but then in true keeping to a hotel of that age in legian.I Would stay there again.We stayed in a deluxe Pool room which was on the second floor.At time of booking we requested a deluxe kingsize bed which we got.Brekky was nice and included in this price . The only thing that I would have to say is that the pool wasnt heated but thats just me I dont even swim in our pool at home unless the solar heating is on and that probably wouldnt worry most people.I Thought the room could have done with a little more lighting,other than that we enjoyed our stay.I Think for 3 star and Price was good value.If you expect 5 star quality then you need to pay more .

The staffs were most helpful and friendly. We booked for a family room, and yet they upgrade us to a Suite for our family of 4. Services were very prompt. Made from the Tour Desk is extremely helpful and the tour prices that he quotes us were very reasonable. The breakfast area provide free wi-fi, which was excellent We bought a prepaid internet card to be used in out room for our laptop, but it doesn't work, kept cutting out. In the end, we end up having to take the whole laptop to the reception area to get a good signal. There were alot of mozzies in the room. So traveller must bear in mind, to buy a tin of mozzie spray to spray the room while it's empty.
