Bintang beers were cheap at the bar. Only $1.70.

Pool area was a disappointment. Breakfast was average to say the least.

The location... Couldn't be better really and if you get a view of the sea then the sunsets etc are cool too...

The whole thing just felt a little overpriced for what it was... And being asked to leave a deposit so we could use a pool towel felt a bit cheap... Breakfast wasn't great either...

the size of room are adequate and comfort enough

Kuta Beach is just across the road.

Loud music from neighbouring nightclub made it impossible to sleep. Bath drain almost blocked so that you stand in dirty water when showering. We paid extra for a The Pool View room, the real focus being the nextdoor McDonalds Restaurant. Pool area was shabby. Hotel photos very misleading. Beware of being sidetracked by offers (just outside the hotel) of free tickets that could win a Bali holiday. It's a scam to get you to a Jimbaren venue where Royal Resorts will try their hardest to sell time share while you sacrifice valuable holiday time.

breakfast - no variety, everyday is the same no iron, no bedroom slippers, socket plug unsuitable, no laundry bag, bathroom/toilet smell bad, didn't replace showercap. charged for bedsheet stain, even 5 or 6 star didn't charge if any. lift only from 1st floor, have to take staircase from ground floor, so inconvenience.

This is my first bad review of all the hotels I booked via Booking.com. We are not spoiled, but every other hotel in Bali-Kuta we stayed for half the price was far better than Maharani. Loud music from the club below the hotel till 3 am. Do not understand us wrong if the music were any good it would not bother us, but this club serves with most annoying electronic music (like playing Super Mario with 300 beats of pure bass per second). We booked the room with sea view, they give us the room 301 - the corner room. Even though the room is the most expensive one in the hotel it is not worth of paying high price for what you get. The sea view is more likely electric wiring, restaurant chimney, Samsung advertisement and Mc Donalds sign view, rather that calling it sea view. On the balcony there is annoying smell of food coming from the chimney of the restaurant right beneath the balcony. So it is unbearable to stay on the balcony. In the middle of the room there are wooden door interconnecting to the neighbor room. You can hear every word your neighbors are saying. Our neighbors were some old people who woke up at 5am and start making noise. They woke us up every day. No bathtub plug in the toilet – so no relaxing in the bathtub. The warm water comes through faucet in 5 minutes and it is not hot. The toilet has no towel hangers. The slippery floor through entire room were very dirty and the did not cleaned it. They do not have the Mastercard/Visa swipe terminal. So paying with Mastercard looks like that. They give you the paper to enter all the information of you credit card (even the CVC) and they scan your credit card. This is highly unpleasant, they have all information of my credit card on a piece of paper – hope the paper does not come in the wrong hands. I am filling like a left a duplicate of my Mastercard at them. I am considering of replacing my card. And finally for Airport transfer they charge 100k RP.

The location is just perfect situated right at the start of Poppies 1. We had a 4th floor room and it had beautiful ocean views, the sunsets were amazing!

Breakfast is a real disappointment. Lack of variety and even what was on offer was always cold.

So noisy....the hotel just beside the club and the music was very loud until after midnite. We decided to check out after one night stay (planned for 3 nites)

La propreté des chambres et la bonne situation de l'hôtel! Proche de la plage et des quartiers animés. L'ensemble est très correct!

Un seul hic, on a trouvé l'emplacement et la propreté de la piscine pas terrible. Et certaines chambres sont prêts de la route et le soir il y a de musique assez forte jusqu'a 23h environ. Mais les chambres sont quand même bien isolés phoniquement.

التعامل الجيد من جميع افراد طاقم العاملين بالفندق . النظافة وسرعة الإستجابة عند تقديم الطلبات . الموقع الجيد للفندق .

كان لايزال المصعد في الصاينة . المسبح يحتاج الى عناية اكثر . عدم وجود كانتين صغير مجهز بالغرف كمكرويف او غلاية وبعض المستلزمات .

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zwischen Kuta und Legian in ca 30m Entfernung zur Beachroad. Das Personal, besonders hier die Rezeption, ist sehr Kundenorientiert und höflich.

Leider wurde das Hotel gerade renoviert, somit war die Sauberkeit, die hohe Lärmbelästigung und das "Gefühl" inmitten einer Baustelle zu leben nicht schön. Leider war Hochsaison (alle Zimmer ausgebucht) und somit ein Hotelwechsel nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war eintönig, weder geschmackvoll noch frisch. Irgendwann wurden die Speisen in der Früh (6:00?) zubereitet und blieben bis zm Verzehr( bis 10:30) in BainMaries Zum momentanen Zeitpunkt auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!!!

وصلت للفندق وجدته تحت الانشاء ، أو الترميم ، لا أعلم بعد وصولي بثواني جاء شخص أظنه مدير الفندق وخيرني بين السكن في غرفتي التي حجزت أو التوجه لفندق آخر تابع للشركة اسمه بالي قاردن وعرض دفع قيمة التاكسي الى هناك لإلقاء نظره ثم الاختيار وبالفعل وافقت واتجهت الى الفندق الاخر وكان تصنيفه أعلى ٤ نجوم وكان على الشاطئ وقمة في الروعه وسكنت بنفس قيمة حجزي

hi The hotel was very niose at night The swimming pool was taken over by the restraunt at night and was not able to use as a private hotel The breakfast only had instant coffee and not much choice of foods
