Walking distance from the Ambassador Shopping Mall Manhattan Hotel Jakarta is by no means a 5 star hotel. The service in that hotel is very poor, towels are worn out, only one steam iron is available in the entire hotel and it cannot be used in your own room. There was not a single city map for direction which you can get from the concierge. |

Nice hotel , very private and no disturbance...I like that... Location is relatively away from the main shopping complexes. In the room, I expected a LCT TV but it was an old CRT TV..seems does not fit the room ambient. |

I had a lake check in, around 10pm and was upgraded due to non-availability of room booked, that was nice of Front office staff. Bar Lounge in Lobby could be done up better, very dull place to sit and have a drink. |

I booked four nights, and enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast was good. Room were clean and staff polite. Travelling to other location is easy because there's a Bluebird taxi kiosk at the hotel. I think the internet charges were quite expensive. |

The location, in the middle of CBD...forget about the traffic and just walk around. Same breakfast everyday, free seating without knowing where can you sit. |

Poor service by the frontdesk staff who wanted initially to put me in a smoking room even though she found my reservation in the hotel system & said that Booking.com didn't provide the info.I Had to dig out the email on my phone&only then did she tell me there are no more non-smoking room.After a long time at the counter,I was finaly given a free upgrade (I had stayed here several times a year ago for business).After checking in,another counter staff who served me wanted to charge me for the upgrade that I was told was free before I handed over my credit card.ABSOULTELY Ridiculous! Incompetent, non-service oriented staff despite the fact that I have been a regular customer the past year as this was the corporate partner hotel. Front desk staff never fails to makes my blood boil when I check in. |

Room was great and cleanliness very good. Facilities for internet also good, but expensive. Breakfast selection good. Restaurant service and meal quality proved very poor when we had dinner. Waited 30 minutes for baby chair to be made available and food was not well prepared and tasted extremely salty. Maybe it was due to our late arrival and kitchen staff being reduced by 21h00. |

Prachtig goed gelegen hotel.Een ontbijt dat eigenlijk een brunch is.Wij sliepen in de manhattan suite , prachtig zicht. Opgelet met de deurtjes in de kleedkamer voor sauna en zwembad! |

La chambre et le buffet. Le personnel ne comprend pas l'anglais. Meme apres avoir reserve un taxi pour ne recuperer a l'aeroport, il n'y avait ni taxi ni personne de l'hotel a notre arrivee. L'hotel s'est just pendu d'un "we are sorry". |
