Quiet location and helpful staff when requests were made.

I had the worst facial I've ever had. My skin is not very sensitive. Even so it is damaged from the roughness of the treatment. The air con did not work very well in the room after the rain. The equipment can't seem to keep up with the humidity. The faucet water smelled a bit like sewage and dirt, but appeared clean. Of course I didn't expect drinking water quality, but the water shouldn't smell. It makes you not want to shower in it. There is extremely heavy traffic due to an elevated highway construction project for miles both approaches to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff attempts to provide good service, but getting coffee refills or the check when you are ready to go requires patience at best.

This hotel was just great, The staff were wonderful The room was wonderfull everything about this hotel is top notch

I booked a suite just to use the jacuzi. Saddly it was not working.i will think about the hotel twice before staying there again.

Ofcourse the jacuzzi was not working!! Thats why I booked the suite.

Traffic jump, difficult to get taxi in busy hours, to long check procedures and queue

Courteous staffs. Clean. Comfortable.

Conditioning system very powerful and quiet.

Wired prepaid expensive internet. 5 stars hotel they have to respect us. Very poor orange lighting. Very very dim. Jacuzzi did not work in the first day. Also; very dirty and full of rust. Breakfast buffet is not rich and not hot enough. I start dining at 6 o'clock in the beginning of it.

Fairly big room, nice free breakfast, view. New mall opened nearby.

Local phone call charges (not reasonable). Very expensive restaurants (1 regular coffee costs 7 USD). Internet charges are quite high and you have no WIFI in the room (only cable connection). If you want a taxi, you can wait for it for 30 minutes.

Location suited me and it was within my price range.

First time in my life in 5 star hotel that during breakfast the espresso coffee was charged to the room. i think this hotel should not be on the 5 star hotel list it should be 3star only.

This hotel is not 5 or 4 stars. It's 3.5 maximum. It's too old and poorly equiped with iron and board and other. The location is very good but too noisy with traffice and smog.

Location, near shopping areas only

Great value for money, good location, however until the roadworks are finished notorious for traffic jam.

Very friendly staff but very slow not really motivated

The hotel Air Handling unit need some serious cleaning as the air in the room was not clean and always had a odour to it.
