Mara River Safari Lodge Bali  

We beleive the night safari should be included in the accomodation price. It is $35 per person including for children. The accomodation is actually only really average but the price is quite high for it is.

The atmosphere and surrounds of the safari park were surreal. To be able to walk around the park in the morning before the public were allowed in, the night safari for the guests having a tiger on top of the cage looking down at us, lions sitting the other side if the glass whilst we ate a fantastic buffet breakfast , rhinoceros right outside your villa's window - what more could anybody say ?

We loved everything about the accommodation, safari park and food.

This hotel is sensational! I love that you can visit the zoo then duck back to your room for a swim, the pool is AMAZING! The restaurant is delicious!!!

It's just a tad too far from main centre of Kuta but awesome for a 2 night getaway while you are in Bali.. Also the breakfast wasn't 100% ready to go at 7am and we had a time frame since we had an early flight

I loved the different experience, the number of things to do at safari park, the rooms were spacious and well equiped, the pool over looking the animals and breakfast was excellent.

Sadly the Tvarso restaurant let down the stgay for me.. once the park shuts you have only one option of where to eat and the menu is very limited. About only 8 choices and none of them appealed and nothing at all that my teenagers would choose (13 & 15). We had to end up asking to see a child's menu so my youngest could order and eat for the night after a very busy day walking around the safari park. When my meal came it was TINY for a VERY big price with no vegetable or salad just a lonely little pile of about 4 slices of chicken on a pile of mash potato... not well presented and certainly NO wow factor considering prices are triple that of everywhere else in Bali to eat. I would like to see a very much larger choice on the menu and even a teenagers menu, i did peer over at next table and they had a set menu with completely different food options many of which my kids would have eaten but apparently this only comes with a 'pre-purchased' package !! I mean really food is food if you can cook it for one then put it on the damn menu... its not rocket science. The bed was very comfy, pillows great, tea n coffee good but NO milk so buy some fresh milk and bring it with you or you have to have powdered stuff which i detest in my tea first thing in morning. Yes I did ask at reception but they could not arrange any for me !! I think that they should at least have a small jug and offer it to guests staying. Bring you own supply of nibbles and cool drink too as there is no room service and quite a walk from your room back to restaurant if you are still hungry.

I participated in Bali Marathon 2012 and the hotel is very near from the starting line. That was the main reason I stayed there. However, I also love the environment, staying in the middle of the "jungle" is a very good experience. They also have a good Fun Zone & Safari Journey, which is good if you travel with family and kids.

There was not too much variety of food in their Tsavo Restaurant. Apart from Bali Safari & Marine Park, actually there is nothing much around the area. You will need to rent a car to go anywhere else.

From our balcony we could see Rhino's and Zebras...Amazing! We had full access to the fantastic Bali Marine and Safari Park for our entire stay and had breakfast with the lions! We were welcomed one night in the lobby with a beautiful elephant who was the guest of honor! The Lion resturant had lovely food, the pool had a great view and the staff were friendly!

Everything was amasing, exept the dinner in the Lion Restraunt - it was expensive and not tasty.

Esti situat chiar in parcul Bali safari. Preturile sunt mari pentru un hotel de 3 stele, dar tinand cont ca sunteti situati chiar in parc, merita efortul. Vilutele in care sunteti cazati sunt chiar Ok. Aveti vedere de la balconul chiar la animale (rinoceri, zebre). Puteti calari elefanti, camile, sa faceti poze cu pui de lei, de urangutani. Exista chiar si un mic parc acvatic in interior.

Copii peste 3 ani platesc 60 USD pe noapte. La ora 21.30 mergeti la culcare (sunteti complet izolati). Nu stati mai mult de 2-3 nopti ca nu aveti ce faceti. Calatoria cu elefantul este cam scumpa.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mara River Lodge. It is unlike anything we have experienced before. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and it met all our expectations and more.

这是在巴厘岛入住的第二家酒店'因为带着6岁的儿子出行'自然要照顾他的喜好。这家酒店在野生动物园里面'- 房间在二楼'推开卧室门就能看到斑马犀牛'儿子高兴极了。狮子餐厅也是亮点'而且餐厅做的美食都很好吃'早- 餐也丰富。入住时前台送了两天的公园观光券'可以免费坐观光游览车'看巴厘剧场'，总之两晚三天给我们留下- 了非常好的回忆'下次有机会还要来。

バリマラソンに参加する人にとってはスタート地点なので絶好のロケーション。動物と触れ合える楽しいレジャ- ー施設だった！

Jeep Safari with the feeding animals and the rooms and pool with view to the wild Animals.

Didnt like the fact that the rooms are not completely sealed. For te price I paid I expected not to see huge lizards inside my room (geckos) and the staff or manager mas not around or available to address to this issue personally. I was pretty disappointed.
