the dance at night time in front of reception was fun and enjoyable. all staff were very nice and hospitable, food at tsavo restaurant was excellent (the breakfast was okay). room and facilities were super good.
reception staff. they were a bit confused about the knowledge of the area. and they told us that the room will be ready around 3pm, which is not true, it should be ready at 2pm. and they didnt explain anything about our guest card, whats include & whats not include in our room. and cannot give a brief explanation about the show around. thats all
Lovely room, great staff and excellent resturant
Toilet have no bathtub and have a foul smell at times from the safari.
Everyone was so friendly. Literally every step I took a member of staff would say goodmorning or hello. The animals were incredible and the fascilities were lovely. The only downside was that the pool closed at 9.. But who needs a pool when you have a free fire show, dinner with lions and a rhino on your veranda? Well done guys! We will definitely be there again and again! 100 STARS!
Lay out the hotel is good. Decoration and site plants very attractive. Shuttle very cute. My child so excited
Quality of food, for breakfast menu and taste so poor. Just have some kind of variants food. Room need more lighting.
My wife and I stayed at Mara River Safari Lodge for two nights. Our room was very good, spacious, clean and with the general comforts that one would expect. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of very good quality. The air conditioning cooled our room extremely well. We were in a ground floor room overlooking the safari grounds which was excellent for direct access to the passing elephants. The pool and other facilities met our needs. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Dining with a direct view of the lions and meerkats was novel.
excellent rooms with all the facilities needed for a nice relaxed stay. The staff can't do enough for you as well. They are so helpful
the seating area around the pool only had about 6 places to sit and when it gets a little busy there is no where to sit.
The experience of actually livin amongst those beautiful animals in comfort was out of this world . By far one of the highlights of an amazing trip all round .
You can see wild animals from the balcony. Spacious rooms. Quiete. Free tea and coffee, fridge, TV.
Swimming pool quite small and not very clean. Rather ZOO than safari.
Everything was absolutely perfect and every staff member was so helpful and friendly.
They could offer a special price on the adventure trips, elephant safaris and night treks etc, for guests who would want to do them more than once. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Opportunity to come close to the animals.
Have stayed here 3times. Awesome for the kids with bein up close n personal with all animals.. We hand fed tigers through a caged jeep.. It's pretty amazing! The water park is great.
Meals in restaurant over priced & can't get good healthy food.!! Staff a little unorganized for night tours ect... Left us waiting along time..! By the time you pay for elephant rides, night safari, all meals, accom....ect it works out very expensive for Bali..
Everything. Dinner and breakfast in the Tsavo restaurant watching the lions, feeding elephants from our balcony, Balinese fire dance, meerkats welcoming you in the lobby, inexpensive spa treatments, entry to the park inclusive, welcome drink and cool face washer on arrival, feeding the zebras from the pool area. Complimentary rattan scuffs, the view from the bathroom. I could go on all night. We will be back as soon as possible.
We only stayed one night. That's in. Now I'm just filling in the required 200 character minimum :)
We felt like we were in Africa. A truly magical experience, the room was exquisite, we could hear the lions roaring in the background, we could throw vegetables off our balcony to the zebra's, check in was seamless. Everything about this resort was beautiful. Would highly recommend this accommodation to everybody!!
We enjoyed the freedom to walk around after hours, we enjoyed the extra help with bags etc
Didn't like no internet when we were told it was available, we paid for night safari and only received the safari, we didn't get the dinner etc, sir conditions in room was so noisy we had to turn it off
The animals, the staff, the pool, all the facilities. Being able to walk in and out of safari and marine park.
Beautiful views of the zoos animals from every room Pool was awesome! Great selection of channels/movies on the tv Great room facilities.
Nice, clean and comfort place to stay. The staffs are great. I got promo with much benefits. A good place for family holiday, specially with children. You can feed the animals just in front of your bedroom. How cool is it.
A little bit far from the city. Better dont use rent car to get there, no use since the car cannot enter into the hotel.
1. Nice view from the Twiga Room 2. The best hot stone massage from Shifaa Spa 3. Warm and friendly staff
1. Dinner was a little bit overpriced at Tsavo Lion 2. There should be a discount or free entry to water park and petting zoo for Mara River guests
The accomodation. The animals. The swimming pool with view of animals. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant and the activities would be suitable for any age group.
Loved the ability to be photographed with so many different animals.
The fact that if you stay at the resort which is quite expensive you still have to pay extra to ride the elephants or swim in the water park.etc This should be included in the cost of the accommodation.
The location , the room interior, the Over all architecture of the resort and the most important the Staff. All amazing.
the area is too small compared to what the projection is on internet and brochures. very few animals. Repetition of tour on same route.
Everything, it was absolute perfection. We had a Twiga suite and had dinner in the lion restaurant.
The ambience the concept was good A different taste from the bustling city.
Wifi was weak n only attainable best at the restaurant in the room it was only accessible to one phone user. Meals there was limited. It could have been better.
Nice view of the safari with zebras and rhinos grazing by our window/balcony. Nice african safari theme of the rooms, feels like being in a real safari though I haven't been to one. Infinity pool with a pool bar was picturesque, very nice and relaxing.
Wifi access provided for the room is for 1 device only.
