the pool, nice gardens, location
Staff were good
Good location. Loved the ground floor rooms, easy access to the restaurant and pool. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was good.
The children would have liked wifi in the rooms but I was happy with wifi in public areas. The grounds are very well kept but maybe the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Must add though that it was cleaner than most budget hotels that I have stayed at in Asia.
The ambience was excellent. The whole experience was heaven!!
That massage was too open- it would be good to have drop down cane blinds to screen from restaurant ..but facility and having massage by the sea was excellent!!
Its real value for money. Great ambience, courteous staff and excellent location
Wi-fi should be available at rooms or atleast building lobby
The staff, The gardens, The delux room.
The pool has sharp lifting tiles on the bottom that cut your feet.
love how close you are to everything. my friends stayed in barung about 5 minutes motorbike ride away and were always parking bikes here just far out enough you cant hear club music but close enough to walk everywhere
wifi only reaches poolside so unless you are there no one can contact you. walk is only a 1minute walk from any room however
The staff were all great .. Wifi connection was very pore ... Facility is dated but comfortable and clean the food was good enjoyed my stay I would stay here again
The people who work their are friendly my room was good dont understand bout the pricing compared to friends rooms tho
The pool if your not carefull will cut u needs regrouting everywhere and no warning bout it me n a few mates found out the hardway. And spiders in the placemats they give you at the hotels resturaunt and on the first day served my mate a burger with mouldy bread
Room were nice and clean and neat, free basic breakfast, lovely pool area, very quiet, lovely gardens, great value for money, centrally located in Legian Street, lovely strong shower.
Rooms could do with maintenance (paint peeling, cornishes loose), lots of mosquitos in room, loose dangerous tiles in and around pool that cut feet open with sharp edges on pool corners. Breakfast could do with a bit more variety on the menu.
the staff were friendly
air conditioner continually broke down, bed was like sleeping on the floor. the rooms and pool was run down and filthy, broken tiles which cut our feet. pool was heated which was unpleasant given the 38 degree heat. very little security breakfast was very poor in quality very noisy area definitely not for families, should be advertised as a backpacker hotel. gardens were overgrown and unmaintained until the last day we left a week early and found a more suitable hotel which was clean and had security, I feared for childrens safety.
Affordable, nice pool & surtounds, close to Kuta central
no wi-fi in rooms
This place ruined my holiday. It cost us $80AUDpn for 8 nights and it was a dump. The pool was dirty and everyone cut their feet and legs on the tiles. The aircon didn't work. The only English speaking channels on the TV were fuzzy. There were bugs in the place mats at the restaurant. The receptionist staff didn't speak very good English and weren't very helpful. 2 of the rooms our friends stayed in stunk of mould. They tried to enforce a compulsory NYE dinner which we had to pay extra for. We got eaten alive by mosquitoes. The bed was hard as a rock. The food was average. We had to ask for an extra room card just so we could leave our power on and keep the fridge running. In their room guide it says room service is available until 11pm however we tried to order at 10:40pm and they said no and hung up on us. There was no secure area to leave our bags before check in, we just had to leave them in the lobby.
very helpful staff!
Wifi worked only by the pool :)
room was ok
poolwater was superdirty and lot of drunk australian kids playing whit alcohol and plasticball guns
Mould in rooms, lucky to get hot water in the shower, stingy breakfast and entrance flooded when it rained. Not going back here
Check in and Check out was fine, the Pool was ok.
The room wasn't what I expected. The Walls dirty, bathroom dirty! The waste bin in the bathroom was worst, so dirty that I placed it outside the room. Breakfast was ok, I took it only on the First day, tasted funny. My daughter loves pancakes, so she took 1 everyday, but on the last day, she vomited immedietly after beacuse the pancake was not well done. We bought Lunch there 2 times but not worth the price. The staff at the Restaurant was somehow lazy or they were bored with their work!
room was nice, loved the pool bar great cross section of people breakfast menu after 11 days really is limited
pool tiling really needs fixing. The pool bar was the highlight for us but the chipped and sharp tiles are becoming bad
Its clean n green.nice garden
The breakfast very bad
Staff were friendly Location was great for kuta shopping, nightlife and cheap good restaurants. The pool area was relaxing Breakfast is chosen off a menu and is good but needs more variety if you plan to stay for a longer period.
The wi fi only available in a small area of the pool area. Pool needs a good clean and the back of the sun chairs were always collapsing.
The room is a little old & tired
Architecture excellent Balinese styling comfortable rooms friendly staff. Very affordable prices for meals and rooms. Centrally located close good restaurants and as ways plenty of shops.
Wifi could be expanded to other areas of hotel at the time was only at the pool area. That said it always worked and is at a reasonable speed.
I Loved The Pool And Staff Enjoying 2 days before a midnight flight it was the perfect location for a shop bite to eat or massage everything right at your feet. The Price was more than reasonable, room cleaned daily, room service fast and efficient and complimentary breakkie. Would Stay Again
The Sign By Either End Of The Pool About Female Reproductive Cycle Was offensive for myself and 5 other females I was travelling with. I Think Its unnecessary And should b removed
For the price ($40Au per night)this is an excellent hotel. Breakfast was good,Happy hour from 10am-2pm, with small bintang for 15K very reasonable priced meals. Although close to the hub, it was very quiet in the hotel grounds. Best Airconditioner of any hotel we have stayed at in Bali. Pool was a bit on the warm side, but most are at this time of year, other than that the pool is large and never overcrowded. Like others have said if you want/expect 5 star this is not for you, but for what you pay you can't go wrong.
