Mattress was clean but old.

Quiet location

Room was dirty. A/c did not work properly. Holes in one sheet. Both sheets were 2 small sheets stitched together and worst of all was the bed... It was so bad, creaking and uncomfortable we had to put the mattress on the floor to try and sleep. Staff did not care and then Manager was nowhere to be found when we refused to pay full amount. They then threatened to call police... All in all, the worst place we have ever stayed.

Reasonably clean with good pool

The place is a little dated, not as good as the picture on the website. We booked the hotel because of its good reviews on booking.com and tripadvisor. But when we got there, the owner was not there, the staffs seems to be on holiday as well, with very limited service. Maybe the owner was away, the hotel staffs allowed street hawkers and drivers to come into the hotel, right in front of our rooms (which has glass window and doors) to sell trips, which made the hotel not very private. It is ok to deal with them on the beach, but right in front of hotel room when one wants a good rest was a bit too much really. It will be nicer if the hawkers can wait at the reception, at least. Maybe the service could be different if the owner is around. Let's hope.

Great hotel! We litteraly changed our travel plans to be able to stay a bit longer in this hotel. It is a real cozy place with only 10 rooms. The included breakfast was 'a la carte' fresh made. Everything was good arranged. Great staff. Really clean (way better then other places). Great pool, good location to start tours. (waterfalls, temples, dolphins etc). The owners are Australian and they are really involved with the local people. They arrange for example free balinese dancing lessons for the local kids in the area which is great to see. They are retired and trying to make a small difference by helping the local people. If you are interested in the local community then it's great to talk to them. (if not then you just enjoy a great stay). This place is amazing!!!

Very nice, small, cosy hotel. The fact that was small, makes it very personal and makes you feel at home right away. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you at any time. When we asked if we could stay for one more night and it wasn't possible, they called another hotel to ask of they jad amy rooms left. The location was good, just five minutes walk to the beach To the town, 20 minutes walk, but this isn't neccesary if you want to go to some nice restaurants. Restaurants are situated on the same road.

We loved the staff really friendly and close to all customers needs. We stayed one week in Melamun hotel and we were at home. We could relax, swam in the pool. The hotel also offers tours to munduk waterfalls, giant tree, diving, see the dolphins... It's the best hotel we stayed during our holidays in Bali. Lovina is quiet and really nice to eat lobsters!

The staff and particularly the manager where helpful and most informative. This hotel is a very special place in the way it deals with the local community. Full marks to Suzie the owner and manager for running a great hotel and for supporting and empowering the local community.

The hotel is clsoe to the beach where we had to get on the boat to see sunrise dolphins. The owner is friendly and the staffs are quite kind. Pool and garden are nice and well kept.

We saw that the hotel offered a spa service so we booked it but it turned out that we had to do it in a spa bed outside the room and it was getting dark with all the mosquitoes around so we eventually cancelled it.

My partner likes Frangipani flowers and when the manager, an Aussie lady named Sally ( not sure) came to know about this, she gave us some cuttings of various kinds of Frangipani plants and that day, housekeepers decorated our bed and the room with a number of Frangipani flowers. We felt very special.

The front office staff were not very helpful and needs improvement.

We liked everything about the Hotel Melamun, from the staff who were super-helpful and friendly, to the location which was quiet but close to everything we needed, to the owner, Susie, who was helpful and welcoming. A lovely room with a really comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The garden was really beautiful and the pool was lovely. We could have happily stayed here for a few more days, sitting on the balcony and reading, swimming in the pool and exploring. A lovely introduction to the north coast of Bali.

-Really clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and a nice pool. -Trips are easy to book and modify with the hotel staff and the prices are really fair.

-From the Hotel to Lovina "center" (Kalibukbuk) it is about 20 minutes walk, although the Hotel offers free shuttle service.

Dobrze położony, spokojny hotel, fajny basen.

Klimatyzacja działała bardzo słabo, w pokoju I łazience było czuć zaduch I zapach pleśni. Obsługa udzielała nieprawdziwych informacji o wycieczkach w celu nakłonienia do uczestnictwa w nich.

是这次行程中定的性价比最高的，房间很漂亮看着很干净整洁很宽敞 早餐是拿菜单给你点的 可以点很多 还有老板人很nice啊~ 哈哈

庭院的设计很好，员工非常热情，房间住的非常舒适，游泳池不会拥挤。可以预定看海豚，价格还很合理。

服务员态度很好很优秀。 清洁的泳池、盛开鸡蛋花的树、茅草屋顶 呆上几天也不觉烦 物超所值 reception的果茶很好喝

作为过渡性的酒店很好，特别是第二天去看海豚，十分方便。回来后洗澡早餐，网络，工作人员很友好，都不错。-

Buen desayuno y amplia habitación. El personal del desayuno estupendo pero otros no tanto. Preciosos jardines y piscina. Alejado de la playa, pero la mayoría de los hoteles en Lovina lo están. En general estaba bien.

La limplieza no era excelente y no había agua caliente.

Een klein maar fijn hotel met leuke kamers met ruime badkamer in een heel mooi onderhouden tropische tuin. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Het was heerlijk toeven aan de rand van het zwembad. Gratis koffie en thee zoveel je wil; gratis vervoer van en naar centrum van Lovina. Een prima plek voor rustzoekers.

De locatie is wat afgelegen ten opzichte van het centrum van Lovina. Lovina staat bekend als badplaats maar het strand is niet echt schoon en zwemmen wordt afgeraden.

整个酒店的环境和服务，跟低廉的房价比起来，简直是超值。老板娘非常非常好，booking弄错了我的预定- ，我订的三间房间，只发给酒店一间，老板娘马上帮我们联系附近酒店，并且用车送我们过去，还一直致歉。
