buena ubicacion, con un personal atento. Recomiendo viajar con euros. Tienen bastante problemas con los dolares. Si son antiguos no los cambian.

El personal del hotel es maravilloso. Hacen todo para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Estamos muy agradecidos con todos, especialmente con Mitha del frontdesk.

Tiene una mezquita muy cerca. De tal forma que si te hospedas en una habitación que de hacia esa parte de la ciudad no podrás descansar. Afortunadamente a nosotros nos cambiaron de habitación muy generosamente, haciendonos upgrade de habitación a una superior, para que estuviéramos cómodos, Sin solicitarlo... Fueron extremadamente cuidadosos y respetuosos con nosotros.

Near to shopping street. Breakfast are really- really superb! so delicious and many kinds of menu. Nice pool near cafe.

So expensive not worth for room. Room are not big n just standard room like other 3 stars hotels....

Location

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They were veru polite, gracious and always smiling.

Physically the place was very run down. I was a little dissappointed because it did not reflect the 5 star status that I expected. The picture in your website looked far more grand. Also, location was a little too busy and hectic.

Just for suggestion, It will be better if the room Internet access is free of charge. Internet nowadays Is part of people needs. There are 3 stars hotel has provide free internet with the fast access or make it wifi in every floor.

Here is my review, which I prefer to structure as a single item: The staff at this hotel were nice but as a guest one's contract is with the hotel's owners and management team and I would not stay at the hotel again for the following reasons: 1. There was no printed TV channel list & the only listing was on channel 0 of the TV itself. However this channel shared its time with various superfluous hotel promotions. Result, the TV menu was displayed 5 seconds in every 2 minutes and you didn't know where any channel was without going one channel at a time until you found it. 2. There was no free internet use available either in the room or in communal areas downstairs. The internet charge itself was steep and took one back to the early days of the internet when such charges reflected reality. Now all this does is say something about the age of the hotel, its lack of maintenance and something about the negligence and greed of the people who own/manage it. 3. My and my friend in the next room were given various tickets for free drinks at the hotel's pub. On our last night we decided to give it a try. One ticket bought a mango juice. well no one goes to a pub for mango juice, so those were discarded. the others applied to draft beer only so I ordered one. My friend wanted wine but that wasn't within the offer. When we came to pay the bill was only slightly under IDR 20,000 for a half of beer and a glass of white wine. the other tickets only applied to the second drink it turned out. So those were discarded. We walked away feeling cheated and made fools of.

The service of pub staff is very slow for order a food, the bath room water is dirty and smell is not good

Requesting a non smoking room and being in one that had previously and recently been used by smokers and was on a smoking floor. It smelt. Restaurant choices very limited and food not very good

The carpet was full of stainsGrouse!!!the extra bed looked very tired... The air cond was far from cold.Even in the hall way ,the management turned off all the air cond...so hot and some guest were smoking in the elevator.This hotel need major renovation especially room sound proofing. Traffic noise and nearby mosque calling for pray had disturbed us many times..In summary this hotel was not worth money at all. You pay 5 star hotel but you will get 3 star facilities... Better go to ibis or novotel

Staff, from front desk, concierge, dining to housekeeping were very friendly n helpful, check in was quick. both the indoor and outdoor option while dining

Not enough power plug point, I have to take out the lamp plugs to use my laptop/charge my phones. the warm/hot water took a while to heat up, not great when in a rush to meetings

at the time I checked in at the hotel, the hotel filled my request to join the two twin bed which was 120cm to be together. Since I travelled with my husband and 2 kids age 11 and 10 years old, the 240cm bed really could hold the four of us. We also love the lagoon swimming pool with a sturdy slide, it was so much fun

the laundry who rang the door bell at 8 in the new year morning and woke me up. Moreover, the next morning, the gamelan music from the sound system hotel room woke me up again at 7 in the morning

if you want go to malioboro, you can choose this hotel.

not value for money.. you can pick up another hotel in the near area with the better value if you want holiday in yogyakarta
