Meliá Benoa Resort  

The room was very clean and very comfortable. Good beach access, its a small and peaceful hotel. The staff were ready to please at all times.

If you were not wearing a arm band (all inclusive) then we felt you were not completely catered for in the food and beverage department. I must say that breakfast was not really that good as compared to other hotels we have stayed in at Nusa Dua. The swimming pool was too shaded, not enough sun lounges and really was not big enough. Having stayed in four other hotels in the same area we were disappointed with this hotel.

Location close to Nasi Padang Halal restaurant. Front desk very helpful . towel replacement request etc was responded fast. Hotel taxi service and driver Tono, was very helpful during our tour of Bali , recommending us the sights and Halal eateries ie Bakso, Cendol etc Breakfast spread was excelllent. Would come here again.

The location was away from the main humbug area,and the hotel was lovely. We also found the staff to be very friendly to all people, not just the ones wearing arm bands.The food was mostly good value for money. we would most definatley go back there again.

Bad! Very bad!!! Everything Derty, casual and very old. Maximum 3 stars! It's time for make reconstruction hotel now!!! I'll never recomend this hotel to somebody. I was change this hotel to the Melia Bali Hotel on next day.

Everything - the smell of humidity is everywhere; flies are your "plate friends"; tiny-winy swimming pool, prices for awful cocktails; such a little territory - you cannot even imagine that; all facilities are so old that no renovation could help them; insects are everywhere; the very breakfast is rather of any 3-star hotel but not Melia; on the sea line continuous moto-boats and bikes (that is completely eliminated in all other neighbour hotels apart a close Clubmed)... A very dissatisfying resort...STRONGLY Avoid the loss of your money!!! Currently it should be priced 2-3 times lower considering its state and ambience...

I liked the gracious, calm atmosphere of the hotel. Lovely design. I had a beautifful view from my bedroom balcony so it was a pleasure to wake early in the morning and watch the dawn. Great friendly service. Very good buffet breakfast.

Room - reasonable comfort with good selection of tv channel. Good breakfast spread. Friendly staff especially the activities department. Very patience with our kids. Good outdoor running track along the beach.

No nearby reasonable reataurant for us to taste Bali local food. Should have shuttle buses to favourite tourist area - Kuta Beach, Tanah Lot. Surprise do not have. Only to one place - Bali Collection, gets bored going to the same place .

The room is bright, nice, clean and big as well as its bathroom. It has a private beach and a nice pool. We decided to extend two more nights there. We were having great time staying at melia.

Probably they should give more choices on the breakfast buffet menu, so everyday can find different choice of food to eat.

We enjoyed our stay at Melia Benoa very much. It is such value for money. The food is of high quality and relatively cheap (besides wine - just as everywhere else on Bali). The location is very good directly on the best part of the beach in Benoa and very close to Nusa Dua. The beach walk is great. We highly recommend this hotel and advise to pay the extra money for garden view if you intend to use the balcony, it's worth it. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is very recommendable for people with children. Our 1 year old enjoyed the kids club room very much. The pool is child friendly and the hotel is on the beach which no road in between.

Good location and friendly staffs, various offers of breakfast, clean garden & pool, nice & clean beach, lobby design is very nice and quiet

- room (floor) was not clean on arrival - facilities, especially the bathroom partly very old and not repairable, very noisy and old sanitary installation (though 5x repaired!!). Even our room was at the 3rd floor we had rats at balcony and probably because of noisy we had mouses in the room as well - not enough dishes available for breakfast so we had always wait for clean spoons, knife etc. - towels were sometimes missing or delivered too late to the room - kids club was very dirty (the floor and the toys)

the aircondiation in the room is bad,the executive suite need 2 aircondiations because the space of room is little big
