The service was amazing.The best I have ever received in the world. Nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel is 11 years old and could do with a refurb.When we upgraded to a suite the room was far superior and I was much happier |

Staff very friendly and courteas, If you get the all inclusive deals it is very good value for money there is always food or drink available. The temperature of the pool is to die for it was the best.There was always something to do organised by the hotel or you could just laze around the pool or day and read a book. The crowd was more a older age braket 40 on. We purchesed the All inclusive blue package and on the websites it stated all drinks (bali spirits which was fine) but they also stated that you could dine in the italian restaurant which we did but you only had a small choice from the menu. |

The food was much more delightful than expected. The staff at the hotell was the best, - smiling and friendly and checked every day if there was anything they could do for us. Wonderful hotel and one to recommend!! |

the pool You offer: "All Deluxe Rooms are decorated in Balinese style, and have a spacious private balcony with views of the majestic Indian Ocean or our lush tropical gardens". It wasn't true, I became a "deluxe" room with a view to your neighbours backyard and little bit noisy. I asked to change it, but it wasn't possible, as at the receptioners said. |

The hotel was nice and clean. - Had to pay the room in advance and the first room was too close to the pool on the ground floor, not much privacy. - Location, it took 20 - 25 minutes to Kuta and longer for any tours. - The hotels taxi prices, what a rip off from normal taxi prices, be prepared to bargain. |

The hotel is very cosy, tastefully designed and extremely well-maintained Beware: like at most Bali hotels, you'll likely will not get a chance to swim in the sea due to low/very low water levels |

Strange staff. In reception they told me: "give me your credit card! Give me your credit card!" Dirty mirror in bath, tap doesn't work well, view to the market, so you can't open your window. Everybody will see you. I don't like it. |

Les jardins et la piscine (avec son bar), les repas sur la plage, les spectacles organisés par l'hotel. La cuisine était une bonne surprise. Immobiliers viellissants, le couts des transports organisés par l'hotel (souvent excessif par rapport au prix des taxis classiques). l'activité pour les enfants était réduite à une salle de jeux (pas d'activités pleine aire ou sorties prévues). |

Хороший маленький отель, то что и было надо нам, т.к. я всегда избегаю большие отели. Отель очень уютный, приблежен к домашней обстановке. у них плохо работает анимация, единственное вечером за ужином радовали их представления... детей вообще ни чем не занимают... |

Отель старенький, но комфортный. В номере кондёр без регулировки. В ванной плохой слив. Великолепное обслуживание, сносная кухня, на пляже, правда, горючим пахнет, отливы... можно пережить, Спа - лажа. Брать "всё включено" удобно, но накладно. Убрать подальше "моторки" от пляжа. Можно оборудование обновить, ремонтик не помешал бы. |

日本人だらけのホテルが嫌な方にはお勧め。 スタッフの教育不十分。エレベーターを客よりスタッフが優先して使う。オムレツを焼いている最中にレアかウェルダンかを尋ね、その内にウェルダンに・・オールインクルーシブって結局朝食のみ？？ |
