Generally, the hotel is well-maintained, room is clean and also the beach. It has an exclusive feel, it's quiet and it's safe. The staff is generally efficient. Facilities such as the pool and children play room opening hours were too late at 1600hrs and some of the retail shops too. Also, staff don't smile as freely compared to other hotels which is quite odd in Bali. |

we were not informed in advance about restoration at the hotel and noise due to this, mosquitos in the room which was what we booked (garden view), no water drain in the bath, no even tooth brush there |

The all inclusive blue package was not worth it. The food were all Indonesian standard not international. Local alcohol was terrible, all cocktails tasted similar as they used exactly the same alcohol for every cocktails. Buffet lunch and dinner were below average. The Ala Carte was slightly better than the buffet. The hotel swimming pool was a bit old. |

Comfortable hotel with everything you need quite close to the beach. For me a little bit too big, I liked more smaller hotels e.g. in Kuta. |

Price is value for money. All inclusive service is good for long stay. Buffet foods are So-so. Cuisine category changing in daily. Italian restaurant is good. Staff was nice. |

The food (all-include) was poor. The hotel need to be refurbished. There are many other hotel in Bali. Then, as Melia is a great and international hotel-chain, need to improve in quality. |

The service was amazing.The best I have ever received in the world. Nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel is 11 years old and could do with a refurb.When we upgraded to a suite the room was far superior and I was much happier |

Staff very friendly and courteas, If you get the all inclusive deals it is very good value for money there is always food or drink available. The temperature of the pool is to die for it was the best.There was always something to do organised by the hotel or you could just laze around the pool or day and read a book. The crowd was more a older age braket 40 on. We purchesed the All inclusive blue package and on the websites it stated all drinks (bali spirits which was fine) but they also stated that you could dine in the italian restaurant which we did but you only had a small choice from the menu. |

The food was much more delightful than expected. The staff at the hotell was the best, - smiling and friendly and checked every day if there was anything they could do for us. Wonderful hotel and one to recommend!! |

Хорошие повара, вкусный разнообразный завтрак. на обед (заказ по карте) большие порции и опять же повара порадовали. В заявленном дестком клубе никого не было (хотя в отеле детей вообще мы не видели). но когда на рецепшн попросили, что хотим оставить ребенка в комнате - они быстро организовали сотрудника, кто не просто сидел в комнате, но и рисовал вместе с ребенком. Персонал приветливый. Сам отель находится на реконструкции, около регистрации все было огорожено и стучали инструментами. В номерах на нижнем этаже пахнет сыростью. Мы попросили поменять на другой и нам предложили номер на 2 этаже. там было нормально. Думаю когда все работы будут завершены - будет замечатально. |

Mooie tuin en zwembad. Strand met ligbedden en schaduwplekken. De kamers zijn aan renovatie toe. Ongemakkelijke badkamer, oppassen voor uitglijden. Terras met 2 rechte stoelen is niet echt relaxen. Ontbijtbuffet was karig en bijna geen variatie. Diner matig en alle restaurants niet alle dagen open. |

Bel ensemble hotelier resoesctant la logique d'un all inclusive Pas d'animation alors que elle est indiqué ; service en restaurant trop lent ; a noter que lors de notre arrivée l'hotel ne retrouvait pas notre réservation booking ! mais tout s'est bien terminé. |

Les jardins et la piscine (avec son bar), les repas sur la plage, les spectacles organisés par l'hotel. La cuisine était une bonne surprise. Immobiliers viellissants, le couts des transports organisés par l'hotel (souvent excessif par rapport au prix des taxis classiques). l'activité pour les enfants était réduite à une salle de jeux (pas d'activités pleine aire ou sorties prévues). |

Хороший маленький отель, то что и было надо нам, т.к. я всегда избегаю большие отели. Отель очень уютный, приблежен к домашней обстановке. у них плохо работает анимация, единственное вечером за ужином радовали их представления... детей вообще ни чем не занимают... |

Отель старенький, но комфортный. В номере кондёр без регулировки. В ванной плохой слив. Великолепное обслуживание, сносная кухня, на пляже, правда, горючим пахнет, отливы... можно пережить, Спа - лажа. Брать "всё включено" удобно, но накладно. Убрать подальше "моторки" от пляжа. Можно оборудование обновить, ремонтик не помешал бы. |

日本人だらけのホテルが嫌な方にはお勧め。 スタッフの教育不十分。エレベーターを客よりスタッフが優先して使う。オムレツを焼いている最中にレアかウ- ェルダンかを尋ね、その内にウェルダンに・・オールインクルーシブって結局朝食のみ？？ |
