Location close to airport and not right in the middle of Jakarta. For safety reasons this made me feel at ease. 1. Not business oriented hotel. 2. The hotel taxi service I had booked did not turn up. I called the hotel from the airport to ask where the taxi was and was informed it was not going to show. 3. The rooms were in very poor condition, carpets stained, old fixtures and fittings, pillows stained. 4. Upgraded to 'club room' which was better, but disappointing. |

Door een fout van het hotel werd onze creditcard geblokkeerd. Hotel wilde de fout nauwelijks toegeven en kosten die we hadden gemaakt (telefonisch contact met onze bank) hebben we slechts voor een klein deel vergoed gekregen. |
