Bath towel dirty

-the food was excellent -hotel's location and view was perfect (hills side, horizon view to Bandung city, fresh air)

-hotel's interior is not describing the "suites" it self. need improvement. Found the damage tile in the bathroom, the towel condition looks need replacement, taking so long to do check in, letting the guest to find the room by them self (no escort services at all), audio-video system need improvement.

the hotel is not like a 5 stars hotel like we used to stay, we prefer choose another option anyway, sorry, it's not bad, but it's beyond our imagination as a 5*'s, that's it!

The place not noisy, Room has living room and dining table with microwave, so we can heat the food and Feel like in private appartment

From Room to resto a bit far, food just So so, not as like in 4 star hotel

Breakfast is quite varied and tasty.

Executive suite room was enough for a small family with young children. Placement of the main's room tv is not very good, half of tv screen almost closed when the room door open. Good water pressure on the bath room shower, but the shower was broken, had leak all over the edge. Small balcony and was busy with ac machine, water on the balcony floor, no chairs on the balcony. Definitely over price.

* Data reservation tidak accurate, sehingga harus berkali-kali melakukan confirmation dengan petugas yang berbeda-beda * Petugas kurang ramah & tidak memperlakukan tamu sebagaimana petugas hotel berbintang * Ukurang kamar sangat kecil, kebersihan kurang, banyak rusak disana sini, bau kurang sedap

kenyamanan untuk keluarga, ruangan kamar yang cukup luas dan terbagi2 sesuai kegunaannya. Sangat nyaman.

ada staff restaurant waktu breakfast time yang tidak ramah.

suasana sangat berisi dan saya sekeluarga tidak dapat istirahat bunyi plaflon seperti orang berjalan dan seperti banyak tukang memindahkan barang hal ini juga di saksikan oleh petugas maintenance tetap aja berisik seprti banyak orang sedang melakukan aktifitas bongkar barang. konstruksi dak lantai yang tidak kedap suara : sehingga banyak terdengar buka pintu, buka lemari suara sangat gaduh pada bagian atas harusnya saya claim mengenai ketidak nyamanan tersebut dan minta semua biaya dapat dikembalikan karena tidak dapat istirahat

kolam renang luas, view bagus...

menginap dikamar suite berkapasitas 4 orang namun ketersediaan air panas tidak sesuai , sehingga bila mandi menggunakan air panas tidak bisa langsung berturut-turut 4 orang ...harus menunggu+30 menit karena daya tampung yang kecil. Petugas swimming pool tidak ready di tempat, sehingga bila meminjam handuk pool harus menunggu dan bertanya2 dahului pada staf hotel lain. siang hari di marbela sangat panas, kurang pepohonan yang merindangi....

lokasi dan pemandangan yang bagus, whirlpool, harga yang masuk akal

restoran kurang bersih, staff hotel (house keeping) beberapa kali melakukan kesalahan pada saat diminta bantuan

تشكيلة الافطار متنوعه ، وجود مراجيح للاطفال، يوفروا الاكل الحلال

الفندق مستواه من نجمتين الى ثلاثة نجوم ولا يمكن ان يكون خمسة نجوم ، لا يوجد ارواب استحمام ،لا يوجد تكاسي قريبه يجب الطلب بوقت كافي من الفندق ،بعيد جداً عن الشارع الرئيسي ، وجود ورش حداده ونجاره في مدخل الفندق،لا يوجد موكيت في الغرفه، لا ينظفوا الغرفه بالشكل المطلوب،يوجد حشرات في مدخل الفندق،الموظفين تجاوبهم بطيئ،موقعه بعيد عن الاسواق والمطاعم،باختصار هي شقق مفروشه.

The location is hard to find. The food aren't really nice. The room isn't clean enough.
