The Staff were extremely friendly and polite. The price is fair. The breakfast was good. The ATM machine is conveniently located - feel safe. They should have provided Jakarta Tourism Maps. They should produce their own with interesting features, sights etc around the Hotel - for those interested. |

I liked the hotel, but it was on a very busy street in Jakarta, and Jakarta is a very crazy city. I would never come there again..... Only if I absolutely have to. I'm just glad that I left Jakarta 2 days before a big 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit 125 miles from the center of Jakarta! |

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel, good facilities and room. The lifts were being used as part of an hotel upgrade and were slow as a result of the limited lifts in operation. |

The taxi service is very good and the staff were very helpful in suggesting places to visit during day and night time. We were very pleased with the staff recomendations. The Hotel have only two lifts which happen to move very slow. |

The staff were polite, attentive and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with free internet connection. Location is good and I had no problem getting to places I wanted to go. I had not problem with the lift. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jakarta. The quality of food was inconsistent. One of my room service orders was a disappointment as the food was cold, resulted in the fried rice being hard. By the way, the Singapore Fried Noodle was more like Indonesian Fried Noodle :) |

de service was prima in orde het enige nadeel van dit soort hotels is dat ze onpersoonlijk zijn en het contact met andere gasten minimaal is.de boekingsprijs is prima maar ik had een nacht aan de balie bijgeboekt waarsoor de kamer plotseling veel duurder. |

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vanaf 14de etage schitterend uitzicht over de stad. Niet echt minpunt maar rekening mee te houden: Hotel staat midden in Jakarta (Chinatown) dus heel erg druk en kompleet andere wereld wanneer je uit hotel stapt (in Hotel zelf is van drukte niks te merken) . |

kamers moeten wel snel gerenoveerd worden door gebruikssporen in met name de badkamer. Jammer dat ze (vermoeden we) het aantal liften aan het uitbreiden zijn, waardoor er maar twee liften beschikbaar waren in het hele hotel. Bovendien zijn het niet de snelste liften. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet voor liefhebbers van warm eten 's morgens. Wij als broodeters zouden graag ook kaas en iets van ham ofzo als beleg aantreffen. |

het ontbijt is er lekker en volgens de plaatselijke gewoonte we vroegen via mail betreffende shuttle van de luchthaven naar het hotel echter geen antwoord op het correcte adres |
