Big rooms for deluxe type. and quiet.

Fixtures and fittings in bathroom in poor condition, being 'reminded' by knock on the door at 8am on our last day that we were checking out today and generally poor breakfast options.

Quality of food at breeze bar, friendly staff and ultra modern room 124 recently renovated. Beautiful swimming pool.

Sea snakes in ocean and very slow service for food at breeze bar.

We had a wonderful time at mercure. The location of our room was the best. The day spa was excellent. Would definately go back

Far away from Centre of Sanur - NO entertainment or music !!!!!!!!!

Had 4 nights here, the rooms were spacious with a good size baclony looking out to the garden. A/C was efficient and VERY quiet and the room was very clean and well maintained. Whilst the beds were not THE best I have ever slept in they were comfortable and the pillows were really good. The Mercure is at the southern end of the beach so it is nice and quiet but still easy to get into town with a shuttle bus to and from Hardys and still within walking distance to some restaurants. We actually ate at the beachfront restaurants which were cooler anyway. Room service was good quality and reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were both very nice, it's just unfortunate that the bars close at 6 so getting a towel was sometimes a bit of a problem. We enjoyed our stay here and would return

about bicycle rental - there is nobody in the counter when i came in the morning to rent. they came too late. we need it in early morning. so we went to next hotel that already provided in that time.

we like the beach

we do not like the room as the have moldy /fungi smell which is dangeous for our health

Water in large pool was very hot. Almost unpleasant

The location was excellent; two nice swmming pools and walking distance to a private beach. Nice restaurants close by. The rooms are cleaned regularly and the breakfast is diverse.

The a la carte menu and drinks are very overpriced. The bathroom is a little rundown and could use a makeover.

It is a fabulous property nestled among trees with typical balinese villa. A tranquil and beach front property

Good beds and pillows. Good sized room. Good showers, plenty of hot water. Free bottled water. In- house band were v entertaining. Nice setting. Staff friendly They are renovating . Great pools. Yoga by the sea in the hotel grounds, (fantastic) It's on the beach I would recommend this hotel to families with children.

This is not a bad place. Its just better for families with youngsters. Bedroom furniture was chipped, banged and marked throughout. Thorough room cleaning each day was not achieved. Often balcony was missed, the whole place needed a good scrub. Public area toilets not v clean. Bars were not appealing. The barman looked scared when we asked for a virgin mary and it took about 25 mins to get 3 drinks because he couldn't find a bottle of red wine. There is little to keep you in the hotel in the evenings. Noisy room 282. Beautiful setting around the pool but come 7 am the pool filled with families with children and was v loud. However , after lunch no noise till the next day . If you are up and about with kids its great. We asked to change room and were offered one about 20 ft away from the kids club. The thatch on the apartment leaked badly over the washing we had laid out the night before. In fact the roof is covered by a tarpaulin. Staff lovely but a bit lacking. We are comparing with Puri Santrian, which for the money is way nicer.

This was our 4th stay here. Grounds are spectacular, a peaceful tropical paradise with private beach. Rooms are comfortable but basic. Staff are efficient and friendly and speak good English.

I would prefer to pay a bit more and get a few more luxuries in the room, but this hotel is far better value than those nearby with similar locations but higher spec rooms.

Looks like a tropical garden, lot of trees and flowers. Free Wi-Fi works even on the beach.

Speed of Wi-Fi is terribly low. Bad beach - lot of small stones and shells. Corals are too close to the coast. It was impossible to swim during our journey - even at 7 A.M. we had low tide and we were able to enter the water just to a knee level - after that the sand was ended and corals began. Breakfast ordinary, juices not very good. Noise from the pool started 6 A.M. because they launched the artificial waterfall. To swim and to eat some seafood we traveled to Kuta and Jimbaran.

Loved everything with our stay here. Pools were great overlooking the beach. Restaurant food was superb. Staff so polite and always smiling. On my friends birthday they sent a beautiful presentation of fruit to her room. Shuttle bus into the supermarket was very handy and fun as there was so much to see along the way, especially all the Ogah Ogah's ready for the ceremony and Street parades before Silent Day

Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk, we hadden een prachtige ruime kamer. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel en we hebben genoten van de heerlijke stortdouche. Mercure Sanur ligt in een prachtige tuin met directe toegang tot het strand, beter kon voor ons niet.

Eigenlijk niks, de afstand naar het centrum is ongeveer 20 min lopen maar er gaat een gratis shuttle overdag. De afstand wisten we van te voren dus voor ons geen probleem.

Luxe hotel, vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt was goed en lekker, twee zwembaden, prachtig aangelegde tuin.

Prijs van het dinerbuffet over de top. Krankzinnig duur in vergelijking wat eten op andere plaatsen kan kosten.

酒店很大，住二楼有个大露台，这里的酒店都是两层的一栋一栋的，惊奇的发现酒店里面就是海滩，游泳池有两个- 不过可惜只是在这过渡一晚没有时间享受。第二天早上在海滩欣赏了日出，真的很美。酒店还有免费班车去附近的- 大卖场，还有免费的水果赠送
