Nice gardens and good location at Sanur, close to Sanur village shops, restaurants and bars. Good ambience, especially compared to Australian and Fiji prices. Some rooms difficult to find in the maze of tracks among gardens --- could do with better signage at various turnoff points. |

Very quiet and romantic hotel, including lots of greenery. The houses are situated on a large area and is beautiful. The rooms are large and have a huge and comfortable bed. Staff is very kind and polite. The hotel is convenient for families with young children, elderly and young couples. Beach front hotel is nice and bright lounges under the shade of palm trees. Thank you. The only thing I did not like high prices are in the restaurant and the price of breakfast. |

beautifully maintained garden, easy access to beach, good spa, friendly staff I had booked an additional night (after previously booking 4 nights) via booking.com, however, when I checked in, the hotel had no knowledge of this extension of my stay. That was confusing since booking.com had already confirmed my reservation. The hotel eventually booked me another night, but in a more expensive room. |

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the huge garden and the set-up of the rooms in individual houses in the local style. The rooms and especially the bathrooms need to get a good clean and small repairs should be undertaken. |

The room is big ,clean and comfortable. Not much local variety of food to choose from and it is a big far to go out shopping and eat. |

Good breakfast, good location, nice resort. Although the room I booked (via booking.com) was listed as being large enough to accommodate an additional bed, the hotel advised me to upgrade to a bigger room, at additional USD35/night (not including the bed). And this upgraded room I got was not really spacious either. Not sure if they only managed to get more from me - or actually gave me value for money. |

Kamers verdeeld over meerdere lage gebouwen, goed onderhouden tuinen, twee zwembaden, ligging aan het strand, gedienstig personeel en de rust. Hotel lobby en restaurant zijn open en niet van airconditioning voorzien waardoor erg warm en oncomfortabel. Meer luxe in de kamers verwacht voor de stevige prijs. Ondanks twee keer klagen over de aicondidioning was de kamer niet echt koel te krijgen. |

L'aménagement de l'hotel, les jardins, la plageLa mise a disoposition d'un ensemble douche dans lapartie lounge pour les départs après midi. Le mercure est un hotel vieillissant, les chambres sont à refaire ( sdb carrelage sale, les joints douteux.. Sdb petite.) Les piscines sont anciennes. |

De ligging aan het strand, de rust. De airco begon de 1e avond te lekken, na reparatie maakte hij vreselijk veel lawaai en mochten we a.g.daarvan voor die nacht op een andere kamer slapen. De balkondeur viel vanzelf vanuit de binnenkant in het slot terwijl we buiten zaten en dus waren we buitengesloten tot er na een half uur iemand langs kwam. De volgende ochtend bleek er ook geen druk op het water vanuit de douche te staan en dat was de druppel. Na een klacht over dit alles kregen we een andere zelfde type kamer, maar er stond verder niets tegenover. |
