the bungalows were comfortabel and fairly clean, the restaurant attached to the bungalows offered ok food if you didn't feel like going out. the best is that the bungalows are very close to the beach (5 minutes walk) and it is possible to hire a scooter which is very handy.

some of the staff were not as friendly as we are used with Balinese people. The restaurant is average.

Very cozy place with nice breakfast, there were a lot of choices. Bungalow is close to the amazing beach, about 10 minutes walk.

Toilet wasn't clean. WiFi connection did not work all the time. Bungalow was hard to find for the taxi driver and it is far away from city center.

Very quiet, walk to beach easy . Clean and quaint. Meals great but did take a while to be made.

No pool used other resorts pools which was fine as long as you bought lunch there(la joya)

Bathroom needs renovation

The bungalows are fantastic, it's so peaceful and quiet. The bungalows are very clean and spacious. The staff are all really friendly and help out as much as they can, the food is also absolutely delicious, you have to wait a while for it but then at least you know it's all done fresh. It's quite far from anywhere, you can walk to balangan beach where there is a handful of beach bars but nothing else you can walk to you have to hire bikes or get taxis, but that's what makes this place so peaceful quiet and beautiful.

If you wanted a location 10 minutes walk from a surfer beach and wanted to pay reasonable prices then this could be for you.

The set up is casual and not professional. The WIFI comes and goes depending on the amount paid by the place. Basics like milk run out. No meal is ever served in under 30 minutes. Cold chips were served. Unless you specifically request it, you will not get tea or coffee served without sugar. By Bali prices this place is cheap and so is the service that comes with it.

- The road was undone and the taxi could not reach it - the room was OVERBOOKED so we were moved to a DIFFERENT bungalow - Price of the new bungalow (brothers) was supposed to be much lower (we didn't know) but we paid as it was the Merta Sari.

5Min walking to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice food.

Saw a rat at night and the light was really dim. Poor hygien. It's cheap but not so convienient. I booked for 2 nights but decided to leave after the first night, but still paid for 2 nights.

The design of the bungalows and the location near the beach is lovely. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean. Fast wifi!

Very spacious, bright and clean bungalows, located on a secluded piece of land, beautiful green gardens on the inside, and surrounded by what I believe it was a farm with cows and chickens, quite charming. Steps away from the beach on a 5 to 10 minute rocky trail, quite romantic place to be. It is one of the best bungalows of the region. Managed by locals, also has a restaurant that is quite typical, food is delish and inexpensive.

Cheap, balinese style huts. The staff very fiendly and helpful. Very close to the Balangan Beach - quiet, not over crowded, with nice home cooked food and beautiful sunsets.

The breakfast is rather poor, just toasts, fruits and juice. It's quite far from there to any other shops and restaurants. And not so easy to get there (very few road signs).

Really kind people there, helpful and fair. Really clean and beautiful bungalows with nice garden. 5 minutes to the beach with couple of bars and restaurants. Every Thursday live music.

It is not in the center its calm place, but it was exactly what we were looking for.

The bungalows are adorable with their individual thatch roofs and their individual patios. Inside, they are furnished with beautiful huge bamboo canopy beds with mosquito netting. The bathroom was all granite and huge. I LOVE PEACE AND QUIET AND AT MERTA IT WAS SO WONDERFUL TO JUST SIT ON THE PORCH AND LISTEN TO THE SILENCE.

It is definitely the perfect place for lovers and honeymooners but not for solo travellers = me, as it is far from everything. (Think sahara desert !!!) THERE WAS JUST A TINY WALL FAN, FAR TOO SMALL FOR THE SIZE OF THE BED-ROOM THE BATHROOM'S FLOOR WAS SHEER TORTURE FOR THE FEET AS IT WAS ALL PEBBLES. MAYBE THEY WERE MEANT TO BE A FOOT MASSAGE BUT IT WAS CHINESE TORTURE AND THE PEBBLES REMOVED SOME OF MY FRESHLY PROFESSIONALLY PEDICURED TOE-NAILS ! NO ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF UNTIL 3 PM

很宁静，很舒适的田园风光，本地菜做得很好吃，很多动物狗、鸡和鸟。老板和员工很友善热情，接送服务很好。- 还有，离Balangan Beach很近，确实是个美丽而安静的沙滩。

热水只持续了一两分钟，就变冷了。

Sehr schöne Anlage mit geschmackvollen Bungalows aus Naturmaterialien. Grünes Hinterland mit einer 5minütigen Anbindung (zu Fuß) zum Strand. Der Strand hat eine tolle Atmosphäre;ein Mix aus Fischersiedlung und Surfercamp... Für uns ein perfekter Einstieg in den Baliurlaub! Abgerundet mit einem Begrüßungsdrink:-) Taxi vom Airport: 150000-200000,-Rp (Stand April 2013)

приятные бунгало и газончики.

унылая дыра. добраться без байка или авто не реально. до ближайшей цивилизации 15 мин езды. пляж не для купания и для серфа не особо подходит. при всем приятном бунгало и территории - отсутствие бассейна как-то расстраивает сильно. персонал из соседней деревни и не особо говорящий по англ. поэтому что либо решить и выяснить крайне тяжело. во включенный завтрак не включены напитки, что как-то тоже странновато. делать в отельчике нечего и пойти некуда. все очень далеко. расположен на пустыре.
