Staff helpful, courteous & friendly. Both rooms & bathrooms large & uncluttered. Swimming pool large, with attached jacuzzi. Grounds very well maintained. Can't understand why some people made nasty & unjustified comments. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. |

The worst place we have stayed in Bali. Rooms are clean but very basic. Nothing comes complimentary in this 4 star: no internet, no late check-out or free ride to the airport which is only a few miles away. Before you leave, somebody will check your room to make sure you did not steal anything!! The staff were unhelpful and when we complained about the above, adding how all other hotels we stayed were nicer, the receptionist replied: "Why did not you remained there?". I think this explains it all... |

The hotel did not have a bar. We had a private villa with pool and wanted to sip cocktails whilst lounging by the pool however they only had a small fridge with a few bottles of wine and Bintang beer located in their restaurant. We had to go to a 7Eleven and purchase some drinks for ourselves. |

Location is great just around the corner from the village of Seminyak. Very nice pool and big rooms / bathrooms. Bathrooms are overdue for a renovation |

Bathroom was clean enough with ventillation and light. Car service was available with reasonable price and reliability which was very good. The spa timings were not given in the website. It was difficult to contact the spa as it's opened from morning 10 to eve 8. This is the time we go out and when we are in the spa is already closed. If I had known this I would not have booked Mutiara at all. Also, the view from the hotel was not mentioned in the website. |

o serviço, a simpatia dos empregados, o transfer para qualquer parte de seminyak o pequeno almoço. É á la carte, fixo, sem variedade e muito frugal. Não existe cofre no quarto, tem-se que colocar os valores no cofre da recepcao. A casa de banho. Ë bonita, espaçosa, mas é em espaço aberto. |

Proximité du centre à 4 minutes de la rue des restaurants et boutiques, son calme, l'espace, la douche extérieure, le jardin extérieur bien aménagé avec belle spacieuse piscine et la décoration de la tête de lit de "bon goût". Hôtel qui mériterait une décoration plus moderne, certains éléments extérieurs ou des salles de bain doivent être ré-actualisés. Personnel ne maîtrisant pas un anglais qui facilite certaines demandes. Petit-déjeuner : vraiment pas asssez copieux, de qualité médiocre, et bien qu'il soit effectué si l'on choisit une villa dans la villa même, service trop long et qualité vraiment pas satisfaisante. |
