New Kuta Hotel - A Lexington Legacy Hotel  

Not sure why they don't advertise it's across the street literally from Dreamland beach. A short scooter ride from Uluwatu and direct view of the sun setting over the ocean.

First four days they played annoyingly loud music at the pool. After I commented the music was less annoying and quieter for the next three days of my seven day stay.

the room is clean, staff are greats, love the landscape and i love the pool. this hotel is far different from kuta area. very quite and relaxing place. i definetly wanna stay here again

breakfast not too special, lack of variety. i request room with ocean view..but the ocean is too far..so i dont think i really see the ocean.

The breakfast is very bad,I can't find good food to eat. And there are a lot of flies around fruit stand.

Shuttle bus services to city and another place, one time daily are not enough.

It's too far from the city. Better rent a car if you are booking this place.

- The busloads of Russian people and therefore the Russian touch to everything (menu, day trips, ...) - the dirty curtains and the cockroach living in/under the TV - the kitchenette without china or utensils - the mistakes in the hotel bill - the unfriendly reactions when asking for beach towels - ...

The staff were kind and smiled often.

The rooms were in sore need of a repainting and bedding/cushions/couches should be replaced as they had burn holes, markings and general grunginess. The staff, as nice as they were, seemed generally unaware of how things worked, where to get things and how to help staff. They even charged my credit card without my permission or knowledge (until we tried to check out and found out) and then tried to blame it on booking.com. I was very displeased with having to wait over 45 minutes to get the general manager to help clear up the situation.

Close to the golf course, meals were good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Your staff deserve a lot of credit and have free entrance to Klapa lounge was great.

Felt that the property needed more attention to a maintenance programme, our room stated spectacular views of golf course and ocean but we should have been placed n the other side of the building for this. We where on the side of the building that all the staff had their motorbikes on so when they left at 111pm onwards we were woken with motors and voices.

До ближайшего магазина, ресторана ехать на такси 20 минут (10$). Очень дорогие напитки в отеле, а алкоголь 10$ за 30гр. Местный пляж симпатичный, но до него довольно далеко, и купаться нельзя (очень большие волны с этой стороны острова), лежаки платные 10$. Чтобы насладиться пляжным отдыхом надо ехать в Nusa Dua, а бесплатный шатл отеля идет в очень неудобное время 12-00 и обратно 16-35, и от остановки до пляжа еще 20 минут пешком. Я бронировал улучшенный номер с кухонной зоной. Про 41 кв.м - сильно преувеличено. На кухне не было посуды, кух.утвари, газ был отключен. За подключение газа и кухонную утварь попросили оплатить еще 10$. Я согласился но так ничего и не произошло, да и как готовить, если холодильник только мини-бар, в который с трудом помещается даже дополнительная бутылка воды.

кроме неожиданно большого номера ничего не понравилось. остальные номера как клетки. и дорога к отелю весьма живописная. персонал вышколенный, но на нг не хватало.

коридоры грязные и пахнут, туалеты тоже. у бассейна на нг шел ремонт. полотенец не хватало, давали по 1 на 2 человека. еда отвратительная! как на бали рис умудрялись испортить, уму не постижимо. ела фрукты, бельгийские фавли и кофе. продукты все не балийские. омлет из порошка. ужас в общем. у входа украли шлем для мотобайка за 15 минут. пришлось покупать.

Selama menginap 5 malam, unit di atas kami ada renovasi dimulai dari jam 8 pagi sampai sore. Sangat mengganggu waktu istirahat kami. Sudah saya complain, tetapi tidak ada perubahan

Jauh dari kebisingan. Pelayanan ramah. akses internetnya oke.

kolam renang kotor, hotel jauh dari tempat -tempat makan dan tempat wisata. sarapan pagi standar.bagi keluarga yg senang kuliner tidak cocok tinggal di hotel ini.

Personál nemluví dostatečně anglicky. Hotel je ve velkém resortu, dost složitě k nalezení, dokonce i taxikař se s námi ztratil. v restauraci není klimatizace a snídani si pro velké dusno nelze dost vychutnat.

We loved to stay at New Kuta Condotel. We strongly recommend this hotel to people that want to relax, go to the beach (that is 5 minutes walking) and know the villages and beaches around (by motorbike or car rented). The Hotel has very good appearance, it's a medium sized hotel, quiet and wasn't full. Staff were very very friendly, extremely helpful and competent. The breakfast was good with asian and european food. The pool was great, not crowded and very clean. Our room was lovely, large with sea view. In short, the hotel is ideal to relax and has an excellent price/quality.

There's nothing around the hotel besides the Dreamland beach. And it's a little bit far from Kuta (20 minutes by car). However the hotel has shuttle to Kuta an to Nusa Dua three times a day. For those who like to sniff around by themselves can easily rent a bike/car. The nearest village with shops and eaters is about 5 minutes by bike/car.

The facilities was just ok. Taste of food for breakfast is average. The room just fine.

I just had my sister's wedding in this hotel. Very very disappointed. The banquet can not keep what they promised in the preparation. The coordination was not good. The banquet in charge was not show up on the day to control everything. If you can't give us some arrangement then don't promised to us! Very not recommended for events! Just ok if you want to stay fo holiday.

Il personale non capisce benissimo l'inglese, non ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze e il ristorante dell'hotel è a dir poco scadente e carissimo!lo sconsiglio anche perchè è molto difficile muoversi!!!!

The stay in this hotel was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for not very expensive nice and relaxing hotel, I would choose this one absolutely. You can ret a motorbike to go to the beaches or you can go for a walk to the nearest beach or relax in the swimming pool.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, das es sich wenige Meter vom New Kuta Beach befindet, der um Längen schöner ist als der berühmte Kuta Beach. Der Strand am Hotel ist sauberer und bietet höhere Wellen, allerdings für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren leider zu der Zeit des Silence day dort, was für uns eine absolute Katastrophe war, da man an diesem Tag das Hotel nicht verlassen durfte, quasi ein verschenkter Tag. Das Einzige, das mir an diesem Hotel zugesagt hat, war das große Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, was aber auch sehr teuer war.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter kannten nur ein Nein. Egal was wir gefragt haben, nichts war möglich. Wir wollten Motorräder über das Hotel ausleihen, jedoch war dies mitten am Tag nicht möglich, Entweder man leiht sich Motorräder oder lässt sich von den Hotelbediensteten umherfahren, das ist natürlich auch das, was die Leute an der Rezeption beabsichtigen. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt am Strand aber komplett im Nirgendwo. Dadurch, dass der Preis sehr hoch war und die Leute an der Rezeption wirklich inkompetent waren, würde ich in dieses Hotel nie mehr gehen
