W-LAN war nicht möglich,obwohl kostenloses Internet angegeben war

Der gesamte Strand ist voll mit Öl/Teer! Kann das baden gehen leider vergessen! Selbst bei einen Strandspaziergang mit Schuhen Kann man nicht machen! Das Wasser ist auch nicht so sauber das man schnorcheln könnte und die Störmungen sind auch ziemlich stark und gefährlich!! Zu bestimmten Zeiten gibt es auch eine Quallenwarnung! Zum Frühstücken wird man mit einem Shuttelbus in ein ziemlich hässliches Restaurant gefahren, wo es nur Plastikteller gibt! Wobei das Kein Frühstücksbüffet ist, sondern nur die Auswahl zwischen 3 verschieden Frühstücksteller hat! Wenn man was extra möchte oder einen Nachschlag muss man alles extra bezahlen:-(( wir haben sofort ein Upgrade ins Resort gemacht! Es ist alles sehr teuer dort! Sogar der Denpasar Ole Ole gehört zu dem Resort! Auserhalb der Anlage in Bintan Stadt ist es wieder günstig! Dazu brauch man aber eine Taxi und die Fahrt dauert 1,5 Stunden

It's convenient and has almost everything u don't need to go out.

The food abit expensive..but almost perfect!.

Cosy and warmth staff. The service rendered beyond.

Cabana huts were cozy and comfortable. Waking up to the sea is refreshing.

The best was that it was very relaxing after being in Singapore. The beach was beautiful and everybody that we was in contact whith at the hotel was very nice and friendly. I realy hope to go back one day and then see more of the island.

Location truly beautiful. Beaches and nature communing perfectly . Resort being on the beach is an added advantage - to fall out of accommodation onto the beach and into restaurant for breakfast is the perfect beginning to the day.

While the natural environs were truly beautiful they contrasted starkly with the standard of accommodation. The " huts / sheds / wendy houses were shabby , dim , tired and very disappointing. Ideal if you were a backpacker en route but at $130 a night I expected far higher standard of internal furnishing and comfort . The concept was great - the cabana was an overpriced, poor value disappointment. Just as well nature didn'T. Helped console me !

We enjoyed the location and easy access to all Nirwana area facilities. Also you can swim on both beaches and at the swimming pool.

At first you enter the cottage, you have got a bad impression because the furniture is so ancient. Though, lucky that the next day you already don't care. They do not have facility in a cottage to hang long cloth (gouns, dresses)

The location is faced to the beach and amazing. The cottage is simple, but so lovery. The staffs are so friendly. Very nice stay.

No phone in the room. No room service either.

Like the beach, staff and it's easy access to other nirwana hotels also the small hawker center near the pasar oleh2. Love the nasi padang there.

The houses are just steps near the sea. Really good environment. The toilets are clean too.. Yet, for one of the room, the shower was not strong enough.

Beware of sandflies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my 4th time in bintan and I loved every minute of it. The staff are polite, service is efficient.
