服务, 环境不错 Beach Club那边的木屋子卫生比较差. 壁虎很多.卫生间比较小, 屋子也很小.

酒店服务还不错，友善而热心。 其实酒店本身并没有什么问题，只是民丹岛本身无聊有无趣。正常来说四五百块钱的酒店应该还可以勉强一住的，- 但Nirwana beach club的房间设施实在不能接受。

位置很好，就在海边，一个人住在丛林的小木屋里，真得很舒适也很浪漫。非诚勿扰2上映后，据说海南的那种木- 屋度假村价格已经暴涨到6K以上，对比之下，这个酒店才600的价格我觉得绝对是物超所值。

The overall Nirwana Properties are Huge Customer Service is Really BAD. There is no phone in the room for emergency or anything. The Hotel doesn't even give more than 2 bottles water to drink and there is no place closeby to buy water.

The best was that it was very relaxing after being in Singapore. The beach was beautiful and everybody that we was in contact whith at the hotel was very nice and friendly. I realy hope to go back one day and then see more of the island.

Very little, luckily they are attached to a Resort which has some better quality food and beverage options Most irritation comes from their policy of charging in Singapore dollars. If I'm paying Singapore prices my expectation are far greater then the facilities and services that were provided. Good luck to have made it this far. The management need to look carefully at the future. I see few or no repeat guests in the current state.

Location truly beautiful. Beaches and nature communing perfectly . Resort being on the beach is an added advantage - to fall out of accommodation onto the beach and into restaurant for breakfast is the perfect beginning to the day. While the natural environs were truly beautiful they contrasted starkly with the standard of accommodation. The " huts / sheds / wendy houses were shabby , dim , tired and very disappointing. Ideal if you were a backpacker en route but at $130 a night I expected far higher standard of internal furnishing and comfort . The concept was great - the cabana was an overpriced, poor value disappointment. Just as well nature didn'T. Helped console me !

Fair room prices, however everything else is terribly expensive. If you are not that much thirsty/hungry, than everything else is fine. Just a price of 9 sgd per bottle of water is a way too much.

We enjoyed the location and easy access to all Nirwana area facilities. Also you can swim on both beaches and at the swimming pool. At first you enter the cottage, you have got a bad impression because the furniture is so ancient. Though, lucky that the next day you already don't care. They do not have facility in a cottage to hang long cloth (gouns, dresses)

We loved the beach huts/Cabanas and found them really spacious and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate and the beach was lovely. The staff were amazing from start to finish. They were so warm and helpful and the service was just great. The food was good and I thought the prices were fine for a beach resort. The only downside was that some of the facilities were under maintenance that we wanted to use and the blinds didn't work/turn properly so when we wanted natural light we had to pull them right up which exposes you quite a bit. But those are minor things and the stay was very enjoyable!

I have been to Bintan resort many many times as my company has interests in Bintan. The Beach Club at $98 dollars for one night is not a great price for a solo person, however ok for two staying. The price of alcohol is ridiculous, I got two cans of beer to take away which cost me $21 dollars. This is way more expencive than Singapore.

The Beach and Hotel facilities are excellent. Stayed in Beach Club Hut. Facilities very basic I.E. no hot water in sink, no plug for sink, no hairdryer, ants and gecko's in room at night. Have stayed in main hotel previously and that is very good, I woiuld recommend hotel, but not the beach hut.

The houses are just steps near the sea. Really good environment. The toilets are clean too.. Yet, for one of the room, the shower was not strong enough. Beware of sandflies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
