Nirwana Resort Hotel  

I love the beach & seaside, which is just a min away from our hotel. The staffs are very friendly too. This is my second time staying in this hotel and I still find that it is quite a wonderful place to stay in and relax ourselves as well. I will recommend my friends to stay there as well. Cheers.........

The free transportation provided by the hotel, need to wait a bit too long to pick us up. I hope hotel can provide more transportation, in-order to cut down the waiting time from 25min to 10 min. Thank you

The location of the resort is by the sea side so it was amazing...nice staffs they have there..good service.. :)

The room that we got initially was on the first floor...and there was a snake that went into our room...informed the staff, they just informed that since there's alot of bushes in the resort..so it's a common thing....-_-" Anyway...was given a new room on the 3rd floor and it was much better...

Place very expensive for dinning out, dose not. Match up for the food quality.....

I like the service, staff were friendly and really helpful. Silly me left my bag on the bus and they were on the phone right away to resolve it

Very expensive! I live in Singapore but the prices here were bigger that the one in a lot of venues in Singapore.

Calm atmosphere, nice choice of restaurants and services, well-thought concept in the whole Nirvana Gardens area. The staff really cared and did their best, without being too pushy.

Sometimes a bit too Disneyland-type of feeling, not flair of the real, original Indonesia. The facilities start to get somewhat worn-out and shabby.

The location and the staff friendliness were great. Very nice swimming pool and the beach just behind is a nice white sand paradise view.

The hotel is rather old and needs really maintenance. Cleanness is also an issue; the sofa was durty and full of marks. The floor still covered by the sand left by our predecessor. Everything is at Singapore price level, which is OK but then you could expect better facilities and food.

We stayed at Nirwana Resort Hotel for 4 nights. It was a great holiday,we had lovely time at the resort. Both my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. Breakfast was well laid out every morning.Enjoyed the free shuttle bus ride around the Nirwana gardens.The staff were very friendly and eager to help.

Dining at the resort was bit expensive .

Location Facilities

Did not have adjoining rooms as requested. Lighting in one room was faulty and only fixed need day. There could be more shade around the pool / leisure area but beach was not used due to wash up of tar that was warning guests to avoid.

Too expensive foods in the resort~~~ Ridicules everybody!!! Services of check-in counter is just poor!!! takes too much time and does not deliver needs to housekeeping and other department. Tired to make phone calls to remind for everything.

The staff were amazing and the location was perfect.

I paid a lot of money for the Indra maya villas. It was a waste of money. There was no luxury and could not actually swim in the pool it was so full of debris. The room was set for 2 and not 4. I was bitterly disappointed as I had bought the holiday for myself and uk visitors as their honeymoon. I could of gone 5 star to Bali, Thailand or any other holiday destination close to Singapore. $1400 for 2 nights, dreadful waste if money.

My kids had a lovely time..The beach is gorgeous,i found the food good..Staff where lovely and i cant wait to go back!

When we got there no booking(booked it through booking.com)The staff where great and sorted out the problem..They never charged us for the extra bed as a apology..

Very friendly staff, ok food, beautiful surroundings and nice beach. Excellent pool. We also got to change rooms due to mold; no extra charges. Fantastic weather.

The crude oil on the beach (comes from singapore and gets stuck under your feet). The animals that they keep have too small cages. Mould in the ac. Singapore level prices. (7 s$ for a can of beer) 2s$ per can if you go to the tourist market with a 5s$ busride.

dirty and smelly toilets near lobby with no toilet paper on both our arrival and departure times. Sunday morning breakfast queues at the egg and waffles stations showed gross process inadequacies. Absence of any Management staff at this time. Massive let down

Our deluxe room was newly furnished, very spacious & comfortable! It was way better than I expected!!!! All the staffs at Nirwana was really nice & polite :) I'm so gonna come back again~

It was a great experience overall. My family and me enjoyed the stay.

The beach itself is great but the sea gets tar from time to time.
