I would rate my stay as absolute value for money. Upon check-in I was offered a free upgrade to a suite and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly, though it would help more if they could speak better English (in reference to those not manning the desk). Prices at the gift shops were exorbitant. Buffet dinner was priced at SGD$35++, spread was fairly good, but the quality was not up to expectation. |

The hotel setting was delighful. The pool was great and the beach beautiful - powder white sand and clear water. The drinks were very expensive at all outlets at the hotel compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Asia and they did not have a happy hour! |

Jet Skis and Dune Buggys were very fun, and also the pool and beach were in great condition. The prices in general were too high for quite a lot of things including food and beverage as well as the activities. |

We went for a quite week end get away. The pool was very nice with a swim up bar. Resturants had a good selecton of food and drinks. Free shuttle to and from hotel made getting there worry free. The shower head needed repair and there was a little bit of mold on the grout on shower wall. |

The weather was nice as well as the sea . There was enough activities for the kids for 4 days. There was nice restaurants e.g. the Korean. The area and the rooms were clean. The stuff was very friendly. The price level. |

We like this hotel location, because the resort next to the beach...And around the area also have another hotel can take a walk. About the restranrant during my stay,all this area lunch & dinner buffet all is closed. |

Viihtyisä hotelli loistavilla allasalueilla luonnonkauniissa ympäristössä. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Paljon aktiviteetteja tarjolla. Hotellille saapuminen on tehty helpoksi Singaporesta saapuville matkustajille Ruuan ja alkoholijuomien hinta suhteettoman kallis laatunsa nähden. Hotellin asukkaana ei ole käytännössä muuta mahdollisuutta kuin käyttää hotellin ravintoloita ja se näkyy hinnoissa. |

Bij aankomst voelden we ons meteen welkom, er werd gedanst en we kregen meteen een welkomstdrankje. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, alles is zeer schoon en goed georganiseerd. Er zijn verschillende restaurants en het eten is overal erg goed en gevarieerd. Wij hebben genoten. Bij aankomst stond onze naam niet op de lijst en wij moesten vrij lang wachten of er wel een kamer gereserveerd was. Dan maak je je toch even zorgen. Misschien iets niet goed in de communicatie met booking.com? |
