Good and relaxing environment. Fitness Centre opened till 12mn Although it is in their right to charge for some services, I think that some of them could be waived, such as the printing of a e-tichet. Such small gesture of kindness would enhance customer satisfaction. |

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed by the lady at the counter that we can not check-in yet bec. check-in time starts at 1400 and up. Look, we are well aware of this policy but nowhere in all the hotels that we have visited were we ever denied check-in earlier than the appointed time. |

Heel mooi en schoon hotel. Luxe kamers. Groot zwembad. UItgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Het personeel wil je overal mee helpen. Eén heeft ons zelfs naar de trein gebracht. Echte aanrader. Beetje afgelegen. (Maar wel een heel groot winkelcentrum naast het hotel) |
