Good and relaxing environment. Fitness Centre opened till 12mn Although it is in their right to charge for some services, I think that some of them could be waived, such as the printing of a e-tichet. Such small gesture of kindness would enhance customer satisfaction. |

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed by the lady at the counter that we can not check-in yet bec. check-in time starts at 1400 and up. Look, we are well aware of this policy but nowhere in all the hotels that we have visited were we ever denied check-in earlier than the appointed time. |
