Transportation from hotel to the beach was not flexible, was raining and must wait until beach car came? Since it takes only 2 minutes from the hotel, due to the weather, the car should be flexible to pick up guest anytime when needed. |

On our next stay in Bali we will stay at this hotel. The one bedroom apartment that we had was perfect for us as it had a separate bedroom, lounge, dining room and a self contained kitchen with cooking facilities and a large enclosed balcony. We have a one year old child and could put him to sleep and sit up and watch tv, cook for ourselves etc. He could also play very safely on the balcony. The room was very spacious and it was wonderful to have more space than what comes with a standard room (ie just a bedroom and bathroom.) The room service is fabulous and it is worth paying to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant every day as the food selection was varied every day. There is a large shopping centre within 5 mins walk and this also had lots of restaurants that would come and collect you from our hotel for dinner. The hotel also run a shuttle from the hotel to this shopping centre free of charge. The kids pool was small and separated from the other two main swimming pools. The two main swimming pools were too deep for children under 5 years of age. |

We have been upgraded and the room was spacious and comfortable. furniture in the room seem older like building himself. Bad breakfast. Not seem to be a 5* hotel. |

Very disappointing!!! We were waiting for 30min to check-in!! Room was noisy and not clean at all. Towels were dirty and spoiled. Hotel staff was not professional. We asked for a taxi and they were trying to “sell” hotel “tours” which are more expensive by saying the opposite. |
