Novotel Bali Nusa Dua  

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were friendly...

The room facilities weren't good... Toilet amenities are poor, pool was average nothing exceptional... No breakfast varieties.. Area had much fancier hotel, I would rate Novotel as 4 stars hotel not more...

Nothing special with the breakfast menu

We booked 1 bedroom suite through booking.com with the great price. But we had been upgrated to the 2 bedrooms villa with private pool which was fantastic. There was completely kitchenette that you can prepare meal by self cooking. They provide shuttle to their private beach which was fantastic every 20 mins. The range of their breakfast was great. Everything in the Novotel Nusa Dua was just awesome. We highly recommend this hotel to all who wish to have a great holiday with family. Thanks to Booking.com offered such a great deals.

Nothing, everything is the best

I choose Novotel Bali Nusa Dua cause I like Nusa Dua n I wanna try hotel by hotel there, n now its the time for Novotel..i dont feel comfort there.

I'm sorry, im really upset about all. First, Cleanliness of room is not clean, smells bout old wood n bed cover was also dirty.. The pool is also dirty, it caused the trees beside the pool. I cant feel the value by I paid the room for 2 nights there.. The towel is not clean, and the service is also bad. Very baddd.... The story is, when I wanna check out, I see more tha 3 people there, wanna check in at the receptionist but there is no one there, there's no employee of novotel hotel there. Thats weird,,!!! N u know what, I paid different price of room/night. My booking paper from booking.com write I only pay Rp 2,3million something and from hotel I should pay Rp 2,4million something.. I dont know how it comes...!!! I'll try to get the explanation from manager hotel but it was useless, I should pay by the rate hotel, not my rate in my booking rate from booking.com.... Thats stupid..!! This is the first time, I paid different rate from my booking with booking.com but I should paid the new rate from hotel... I dont like this hotel!!!

Food expensive relative to area

Everything, we had an absolute lovely stay.

One minor thing, their rollaway bed was the day bed out on balacony, not very comfy to sleep on for a teenager.

Fabulous big rooms, we got upgraded to a three bedroom apartment for our family of 5, and we had heaps of space. The swimming pool is fabulous with lots of water games on offer for the kids. Free shuttles to the Novotel beach club and shopping mall. Staff friendly and excellent Balinese theme night for the kids.

Some of the staff struggled with English

Everything about the hotel is excellent. Great place for family to rest, relax and yet have fun at the pool or sea side. The food is good as well. We love the room. It's comfortable and beautiful. Will definitely go back again.

Pool and the private beach!

The a la carte food was very good.

The old, simple and dirty facilities (babypool was constantly covered with leaves, the soil from greeneries in the pool was mixed with the pool water, etc). The shower was crappy (water pressure was way too weak, the water ran out into the living room after every showering - there was nothing you could do, the small pipe in the toilet for washing yourself was covered in faeces, etc). Staff was lazy, incompetent and not really friendly. Kids club activities were poor (they switched on the tv and the video games during the whole indoor time). This hotel is only worth 3 stars. Would not recommend it further and will never stay there again.

The New Years even function was very well presented and well enjoyed.The pool is well designed. The rooms were well layed out, however the air conditioning is not adjustable with out calling the front desk.

If I had one complaint it would be the Bintang beer is never served cold enough. For a hot climate all Australians like to drink cold beer.
