酒店直接给我升级到3卧室套房，还带私人泳池，太棒了，酒店的沙滩离酒店近，沙滩也不错，还有专门的bus- 接送，公共区域的wifi网速是我在巴厘岛见过最快的，设施很新很干净

各种其他消费稍贵，不过在Nusa Dua地区也都是这个样

5 nights in bali, and this was an awesome hotel. the breakfast and all the other meals were awesome. the food in this hotel is one of the best by far :-) ...... their variety on the menu seems a little less, but whatever they serve is simply awesome. the room was gorgeous, it was a king suite. their service was super prompt, courteous, and awesome. no negative points of this hotel, besides it is not on the beach. but they have a shuttle that runs every 25 mins between the beach and the hotel, which is 5 mins away. bali collection mall is walking distance with exotic brands and fine dine restaurants. even though I was on my honeymoon, they seemed to be a lot of kids and familes that seemed to be having a fun time. there is a 24 hour K-mart right at a corner of the hotel. so it was pretty easy buying anything.

Its a little far from the beach, and the pool is always full of leaves and twigs because its kinda a lagoon pool design. but they were continuously cleaning it. the pool shut early at 8 that sucked. the Spa is just too expensive. if you get out of the hotel and walk for 2 mins, you will find descent spa's at 1/10th the price.

Internet services are not at level of 5 star. There are free hotspots outside (Lobby, Bar), but internet at room is expensive and only for one device (15USD/day/device).

We booked 1 bedroom suite through booking.com with the great price. But we had been upgrated to the 2 bedrooms villa with private pool which was fantastic. There was completely kitchenette that you can prepare meal by self cooking. They provide shuttle to their private beach which was fantastic every 20 mins. The range of their breakfast was great. Everything in the Novotel Nusa Dua was just awesome. We highly recommend this hotel to all who wish to have a great holiday with family. Thanks to Booking.com offered such a great deals.

I found the Kids Club amazing. I was traveling alone with my two small children. They had a programme for the whole day, and the kids loved it. Just wanted to stay there all day with their new friends. They even provide a lunch facility (you preorder their meal), and I was able to have some time to myself to relax and go shopping. It was excellent. I would certainly go again, mainly because of the kids club and the junior spa for kids.

Comfortable and spacious, value for money. Staff courteous and helpful. Will certainly recommend to friends as a good hotel to stay.

Poorly equipped kitchen. No tuasterm microwave or teapot. Broken iron stand Poor cooking in restaurant Airport pick up was late

Poor hospitality. Nobody showed us around and accompanied to our room. Could not get in touch to book the airport transfer as they didn't answer my e-mails.

The comfort of the room, the abundant breakfast, the nice beach and the friendly staff!

Fabulous big rooms, we got upgraded to a three bedroom apartment for our family of 5, and we had heaps of space. The swimming pool is fabulous with lots of water games on offer for the kids. Free shuttles to the Novotel beach club and shopping mall. Staff friendly and excellent Balinese theme night for the kids.

Some of the staff struggled with English

The staff are so accomodating. We got a free upgrade from deluxe room to Two-bedroom suite! Gorgeous pool and excellent spa!

Very few of the staff are able to articulate well in English.
