The price was good. The location convinient for shopping. Enjoyed the variety of bread from Van Hollano along the main road. For the month of February, dinner was also on the house as a promotion-simple but filling. The bathroom should be cleaned thouroughly. Wish there were windows for all the rooms. Later it didn't seem so important because of the air condition which worked well.

I did called the hotel and informed them with my flight's detail before departure to pku and the officer had confirmed that they will pick me up accordingly... However, when I landed at pku and I have waited for 1 hour... No sign from the hotel to pick me up... I was highly nervous... I needed to purchase Indo's sim Card purposely to call the hotel and asking about my transport... The officer told me that she forgot about my request... She quickly informed person in charged to pick me asap... By waiting for another 15 mins, they managed to fetch me and bring me to the hotel... However, I was really impressed with their service and welcoming me accordingly... Another mistake was done by the same officer... She told me that my booking includes breakfast and dinner... I had told her that I will enjoy complimentary breakfast but not for dinner... But, she assured me that my booking includes dinner as well... I was happy... However, a few minutes later, I received a call from the reception and apologized for wrong information that she gave me during registration... She claimed package for Breakfast and Dinner was ended and I will be giving complimentary breakfast... I can see her effort to correct her mistake and I can see that she really sincere when she asked me for my apologize... Maybe, she is new staff and she is just human... I have forgave her and no big deal... Besides, this hotel so awesome and nice... Maybe, you guys can learn something from my experience... Do call them to fetch u upon arrival... Don't call them before departure... Just wait for 15 mins and they will fetch you with smile and kindness...

All,staff are courteous & friendly. Local food outlets are abundance, just meters away. This provide excellent breakfast plus FREE dinner a grand promotion for year 2013. Nothing!
