English speaking European management really friendly, helpful, informed, efficient. Great comradie and respect among management, dive instructors, local staff. Pleasure to see. Really well managed and maintained. Great pool, small but very good otherwise rooms. Bungalows more spacious but pricier. Lovely environs. Great internet service in my room.

We loved our stay there. Location is excellent, right on the port. Swimming pool is one of the best we have seen on the island and pool bungalows are very comfortable with open air bathrooms. Personnel is great, every single person (from owner to youngest employee) absolutely amazingly friendly. They also offer diving facilities and rent of equipment. We will definitely come back!

Internet connection is slow (maybe it is because it is an island and obviously there are no cables etc). The fresh shower water is a bit salty, but that might also be everywhere since we are on a small island.

Oceans 5 Resorts is a great place to stay and relax. The staff is very friendly. If you like diving then your stay at Oceans 5 is one you'll never forget. The Rooms (especially the bungalows in next to the swimming pool) are very nice and clean. The Island it self is wonderful and a must see!

The one thing I mist is somewhere to relax in the shade next to the swimming pool.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere and staff. The bungalow was very comfortable with wifi, air conditioning, fan. They offer a wide range of scuba diving courses. We did the basic course (including open water diving) and it was great fun with instructor very friendly and professional. The position is also very convenient being located in the harbor exactly where fast boat arrive, 10 minutes walk both from snorkeling sites&restaurants and sunset spot.

No hot water (at least in standard bungalow).

The best hotel of our trip to Indonesia. The hotel is very new, clean rooms, new furniture, great furnished room. Very nice pool, with good sea views. Staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is located opposite the port, it does not find the key problems. To places to go snorkeling is not long, about 5 minutes. The hotel is perfect for those who want to dive, the hotel operates a great dive school.

Удобное месторасположение относительно причала катеров до о-ва Бали. Высокий уровень подготовки дайвинга Дружелюбный и молодой персонал отеля В общем,отель очень хорош для дайверов

Во время нашего пребывания,шло строительство фонтана, что портило весь вид на море Море около отеля очень грязное,в связи с близким расположением причала

Le cadre général, la piscine, le look des bungalows, la proximité du débarcadère, le côté cool et sympa du boss et des instructeurs de plongée

Le manque d'amabilité des serveuses du restaurant, l'absence d'ombre (végétation ou parasol) sur les terrasses des bungalows et près de la piscine. Un petit réfrigérateur pour garder de l'eau fraiche aurait été agréable.

Hotel położony blisko przystani, w związku z czym nie trzeba daleko targać bagażu. Wyspa jest maleńka więc wszędzie blisko na piechotę. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Jest czysto, obsługa dba o wszystko.

To jest miejsce żeby cieszyć się życiem. Nawet jeśli coś było to już nie pamiętam ;)

The setting, the staff and the location! We had an a/c room in a nice bungalow and a beautiful bathroom with outside shower. The hotel is located next to the harbour which means you have no transportation when you get to the island. There is a big pool but if you want to go to the beach you have to walk for about 10 minutes to get to a fantastic bounty beach with snorkeling. Breakfast was also very nice - toast with eggs or pancakes with juice, coffee and tea. Free water all day. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

WiFi is limitied to only once device pr. Room, but it worked fine, also inside

Vi gillade den sjukt gulliga och fräscha stugan, den sköna poolen, den najsiga personalen och den avslappnade stämningen! Mycket smidigt för dykfolk att bo här.

Det enda som kan vara att ogilla är att man får gå en liten bit till den enda fina badstrandsstripan i sydöstra hörnet, vid Scallywags. Annars är ett tips att INTE försöka cykla RUNT ön då hela halva västra sidan består av lös sand!

Design of the room was surprised me, but need reposition of cabinet for not covered AC & need 1 more AC on 2nd floor

Shower water need more filter (felt like salt water), laundry service are not good

Nothing. This hotel got good reviews on booking.com but I only stayed one night and moved to Gili T. The main problem for me was a complete lack of privacy and so many people hanging around whether be locals or not sure if it they were staff. The pool is fabulous but they are still building what looks like a spa, so no privacy for swimming with locals building, there is no fence or protection so everyone can see you from the road and being right opposite the port it was busy. The island was dirty. There was always a lot of noise and people milling about, this place is okay if you are diving, but even then I think it is a bit overpriced for nothing much to offer, breakfast was nothing special. Perhaps when the garden matures there would be more privacy. I also do not like being told to use as little toilet paper as possible, I know it's an island and we should do our bit for the environment, but let the Indonesian govt start with banning plastic bags before scrimping on toilet paper!

Good location for a good price.

The room was lacking a lot of ameneties. No hot water, not cupboards, shelves, dressers, hair dryer. Nicely designed and clean, but lacking a lot of essentials.

it was 10 secnds walk from a harbor boats stop. so very convenient.

Bugalows magnifique ,propre , bien situé, personnel très agréable. Un endroit ou l on souhaite rester longtemps .....

me ha gustado todo. tanto el hotel como las isla, de 10. hemos estado muy A gusto.
