The hotel is clean, luxurious with beautiful gardens and excellent facilities. Children are treated wonderfully by staff at all times. |

The buffet and other menus were excellent. The location was good - close to the beach and Legian restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly. We paid for a room with access to the private club, which was not good value for money. Room was not ready when we checked in. Children under 13 not allowed into the club during happy hour. Pool was large but surrounded by a sea of mostly reserved deckchairs. |

The location of the Padma is wonderful as it is on the beach,central although still very queit and you cannot see or hear any of the terrible Bali traffic. the breakfast that they serve in the morning is fresh and one of the highlights of our stay there. The gardens are very beautiful as well as the pool areas. The rooms service menu is extensive and the food very good at all the restaurants. The service of the pool staff during the day was also very good. The daily cleaning of the rooms was not done well at all. Specialy the bathrooms. The rooms also has a moldy smell that is very strong. They did in fact try to change my room room to accomodate me but, other rooms had similar problems. |

Acces direct to the nice Beach of Kuta. When booking we were advised we will have access to the "Garden Lounge", but finally the General Direction refused us this access regarding our E-mail Booking!! In July difficult to find a sun bed near the swimming pool. The hotel is overcrowded. A huge part of the hotel is on rehabilitation works: This generate heavy noise which is disturbing for a real relaxing. Restaurant not available. the SPA has provisory moved in a simple room. A lot a services not open due to rehabilitation works. but the price is the full services price. |

The staff were excellent, Buffet breakfast was awesome. Pool!!! Nice gym!!! I can not say anything bad about the hotel. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. No negatives. |

The beautiful bar located at the beach Sunset lounge it was not beign renovated The hotels rooms were old and definately not updated the hotel was being renovated the water was cut of and they didn't always update the mini bar |

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, in einem sehr gepflegten tropischen Garten. Es gibt einen sehr großen Swimmingpool. Der Spa ist sehr schön. Die Poolbar wird häufig mit grölenden biertrinkenden Australiern bevölkert. |

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, les jardins, le lobby. Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre dite "supérieure" qui sentait le renfermé et l'humidité, dont le mobilier était abîmé et usé. La salle de bain est vétuste et n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles.Certes elles doivent être rénovées prochainement mais ce n'est pas répercuté sur le tarif actuel. Il n'y avait pas assez de chaises longues autour de la piscine. Nous sommes arrivés à 13h et notre chambre n'a été prête qu'à 14h40. Rien n'a été fait pour accélérer sa préparation. Le bar en bord de mer ferme à 20h ce qui est regrettable. |

Het hotel ligt aan het strand (zit een weg tussen) goed bereikbaar. Ruime kamers. Mooie tuin om het hotel. De kamers zijn veels te vochtig en stonken muf door de slechte afvoer van de airco. Het bed en je kleren worden veels te vochtig moet echt iets aangedaan worden. Heel veel muggen op de kamer. Hotel zit midden in een verbouwing waardoor je ook in de rij staat voor je ontbijt staat lang in de rij. Het Hotel is hierdoor organisatorisch niet in staat om dit goed te laten verlopen en voor zo'n groot hotel geeft dat veel ergenis bij de gasten erg Jammer want het is een mooi hotel. De prijzen van de restaurants in het hotel zijn erg duur staat niet met elkaar in verhouding. Bij het inchecken hebben we ruim 3,5 uur moeten wachten op onze kamer! Buiten het hotel is het super toeristische. Legian is absoluut geen rustige plaats voor vakantie. |
