The privacy is excellent, the staff is super friendly and they react immediately on every request. As the bedrooms are located separately in a private garden with childfriendly pool, I would recommend Pat-Mase Villas in particular to people who are travelling with two/three couples or two young families to share the 2 or 3 bedroom villas. Also the breakfast was the best we had in Bali. Other than the breakfast, the food could be better. The choice of local food is good and affordable, but the snacks and international/western food is terrible and the portions were poor compared to the price...sorry. |

the staff were beautiful as are most in bali, the hotel is a little run down and needs maintenance, hygiene in the kitchen and the bathrooms needs attention |

Peace and quiet, relaxed atmosphere,friendly attentive staff,would recommend this place to anyone Only negative comments would be that the furniture in our lounge area was getting a bit tired and kitchen area needed revamp. Told staff about gas smell in kitchen, after two attempts to repair smell was still there when we left |

The villas are large, have beautiful gardens and offer nice privacy. You got to love the private plunge pool. The location is quite handy especially to Kuta and the airport. The value for money is quite ok. The main bedroom suite (separate building) was mouldy and we had to change to an other bedroom for the rest of the nights. The tropical climate pushes in the moisture and the a/c can't cope with it when built wrong. That basically ruins the buildings. Therefore our main suite and an otherone that was offered to us smelled strongly of mildew especially when the a/c was run high. |

Cadre exceptionnel. Villas spacieuses avec espace extérieur privatif. Possibilité de prendre ses repas sur la terrasse de la villa. Gentillesse du personnel. Pas d'accès direct à la plage de Jimbaran (navette gratuite hôtel ou 15/20 minutes à pied). |

Sehr schönes Ensemble, prima Pool und wirklich gute Lokation um einige Tage sich einzugewöhnen oder den Urlaub ausklingen zu lassen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück wurde in der Privatvilla zubereitet, war aber nicht allzu üppig. Die angebotenen Säfte sind leider von schlechter Qualität. Erweiterung des Frühstücks über das eigentliche Angebot hinaus kostet extra. Die Lage ist einsam und ruhig, es gibt aber keinen Strand in fußläufiger Entfernung. |

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ces villas charmantes et bien équipées. Le mobilier commence à vieillir, l'hotel est un peu trop éloigné de la plage et le principe de piscine commune entre les villas nuit à l'intimité. |

Alles helemaal perfect. Mooie en ruime villa's. Ca 10 min. lopen naar het strand (wel berg op terug). Ligt vlak naast het meest luxe resort van Bali (Four Seasons). |

Kleinschaligheid complex en de ruimte van de villa 's met bijbehorende tuin, pool en living keuken erg simpel, te ver van het strand om te lopen, ontbijt/eetzaal niet uitnodigend, kwaliteit ontbijt matig. |

Очень уютно, спокойно. Для тех, кто устал от общения и желает полностью уединиться, сохраняя при этом полный комфорт. Дружелюбный персонал, много зелени, частный бассейн и хороший завтрак, который готовят прямо на вилле. Необходим легкий косметический ремонт, полотенца надо иногда отбеливать, все время куда-то пропадают халаты. |
