Nice staff although they don't speak english. But always helpful and smiling. The nice staff is the only positive point. Very bad located in the middle of Denpasar (not for tourists). The worst is the cleanliness: Bathroom that stinks, croacouches, lezards, ants. We moved to another one that was cleaner and cheaper !
