Rooms great and big and clean, grounds good condition and adequate pool, very peaceful, right on beach, great views, close to shops and boat transfers to other islands

Avoid the dinner at restaurant as very expensive for what you get, but good show for free. Be careful using credit card here, mine got abused straight after transaction and account had to be closed due to fraudulent use. This was an issue.

This is a Balinese style hotel, with lots of bungalows and lovely gardens. Restaurant is practically on the beach offering free breakfast and plenty of it. Shopping & assorted cafes & restaurants close by. Not expensive.

It's Bali - you can never expect perfection in any 'star' hotel here, I just wish the plumbing worked better.

We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed environment of Sanur and the location of the Hotel. The Balinese Villa accommodation was perfect for our first visit to Bali.

the most expensive room is getting a bit old ....

Great location, nice staff and great beach at high tide. Close to surf spots, short outrigger ride. Breakfast ok, nice waffles. Rooms had everything you need.

Hot water was intermittant but not the end of the world.

We liked the beach view but beaches were very durty and not taken care and staff were hanging round rather keeping place tidy , more to say but will email full review.

There is continues repair work,noisy disturbing swimming pool were kept clean but not clean every day and furniture round the pool was old worst need lot of repair they charge enough to finance repair & maintain lot to say will email.

reasonable accommodation for a family with 2 young children at a reasonable price(plenty of space inside and outdoor seating for each room) The view during breakfast,(breakfast was simple, sustaining and yummy but not the vast buffet that some offer) delicious complimentary coffees all day in the beach side restaurant. On the beach but walk to Hardys shops, beach and main street restaurants. You get all you need and what you pay for. Family friendly.

Not much 'to not like'...if your looking for a fancy, modern hotel then this won't suit you. Pools could do with a sprucing up.

The restaurant has an excellent view and breakfast was delicious. It is quiet and clean in the area and service is ver good.

A little small pool if you want to swim At the moment a little noicy from the area beside where they buil a new hotel. Therefor it had been better to live in the houses nearer the beach. There worn' t full in the whole way.

Nice beach side location, close to number of good restaurants and small shops. Restaurant by the beach was wonderful. Nice breakfasts. Fresh juice. Swimming pools, though small, were throughly enjoyed by our two boys (aged 9,5).

Shower pressure. Old TV (but you never get time to watch it anyway).

Staff was very friendly and all staff and guests excuded warmth and friendliness.

Everything, the staff were excellent, price was good, wifi, right on the beach. Perfect for the family

Nice bungalows, library, free coffee/tea, good breakfast, logation straight in the beach.

The accommodation was advertised as a two bedroom cottage but in fact it was just a hotel room with a double bed which was not suitable for two single females. The person at reception was not interested in us and looked like he worked in the garden.

The beach location. The quiet. The slower pace. The breakfasts were excellent and breakfast area inviting. Comfortable and good value.

The sun umbrella's and pool tiles could do with a freshening or maybe a splash of colour. The solar hot water system wasn't always successful.

Beachside bungalows are great value with separate living room and private patio. Restaurant on the beach is great way to start the day with the free, big breakfast.

We originally booked the traditional accommodation, which is very cheap. We decided to upgrade because the rooms were smaller and quite dark.

We feel regret to not stay here more than this (just only 1 night). We arrived here at 7.30 pm (after shopping), then raining in the morning. If I knew that, this would be a good one. I will stay here all three nights (I mean after trip for all day, then running to the beach, how excellent!!) By the way,master room that closed to open bathroom so don't forget to closed to door, because of the open bathroom(shower) will bring a lot of mosquito while you were sleeping

relaxed basic accommodation in an excellent location idela for relaxation and adjacent very clean beach. If you are looking for typical rustic Bali laid back accommodation and service this is ideal. Rooms are adequate, good size, comfortable and clean with plenty of open space.
