Staffs were promt n attentive..was so glad wen I reached d hotel on a sunny afternoon, I was served w welcome drink as sonn as I hit d front desk..dt was 2 me an excellent service..They were there always w a smile..Room was great, I cld squeeze in 2 xtra beds comfortably..Room was also clean..

Large clean swimming pool. Reception staff very friendly and efficient.

Booked an 'Executive suite" - seems the only privilege is to eat breakfast in the executive lounge until 9am, after that it's closed all day and night! Extremely noisy mosque next door, call to prayer starts at 5am every day, but double glazing was acoustically defective. Bedding old, especially the pillow covers, not pleasant to touch.

We love our room/swimming pool/24hr food court.

Got the executive suite at a promotion price . The moment when i was at the check-in counter , i was served with a welcome drink . In general , i feel the staff in this hotel are a lot friendlier than the earlier hotel that i have stayed. The bathroom is big as it come with bathtub and separate shower room. The swimming pool is deep and big in this hotel . Overall happy and satisfied during my stay here .

There are no wifi service in the room and lobby

Good spa, decent club and disco facilities;

alcohol grossly overpriced; double singapore prices; also some escort girls in club, but suppose that's par for Batam!!

Good location close to pub area. Good swimming pool and excellant breakfast buffet. Good selection of cable tv channels

Smoking in restaurant.

Hotel yg cukup mewah dengan harga yg relatif murah

The thing that i like most is about the room. The room is spacious. Toilet is good and clean. I had requested and was given a connection room for my mum and doter. Distance to shopping mall is quite near. In fact i could walk to Nagoya mall which i realized only when on my last day there.

Breakfast is not that fantastic.

Cozy and relaxing. Everything is there like swimming pool, gym, spa and massages except there's no hair salon.

There's nothing to complain abt the stay except the restaurant which I had for my dinner. The food that I ordered is going to turn bad. I didn't make a complain. However I just want them to be more careful and check before serving.
