The view, location, and the fact that its perfectly isolated in nature

Quite dirty for a 5 star supposely place. There was used cotton buds in the clean ones, floor was not clean and there was hair in shower. Food was really soso. Quite disapointing overall. Price is twice what they should really charge

We stayed here for 2 nights and the Hotel is tucked in the middle of rice paddies and surrounded my mountains with jungles. This hotel is secluded, quiet and very comfortable. We got an entire traditional Javanese house all to ourselves. When we let the front door open, the view of the lush green cliff from our bed was breathtaking. From the restaurant, we could see the great temple of Borobudur like some ancient structure jutting out of the forest. We also enjoyed the amazing spa. The view from the full-length windows was extraordinary. The massive rooms with beautiful bath carved from a huge piece of lava rock were impressive. The masseuses were extremely professional and no detail was neglected in our comfort. We enjoyed our spa experience very much. After the spa experience we had dinner at the wonderfully decorated Victorian restaurant. The food is really good. This resort offers you most privacy and tranquility one ever could have. Highly recommended hotel if you are in the region. Friendly service, and don't forget to pick the best seat at breakfast to see the temple in the morning! Also free morning yoga, afternoon tea, and very good breakfast. We also managed to spend a pleasant hour or so in the pool and on the sun loungers. Being elevated, the resort gets some very nice breezes. Overall, a resort we would definitely return to and recommend to all our friends.

With the amount of rain in that area, the steps can be quite slippery.

Extremely pleasant staff, lovely rooms, beautiful setting overlooking the Borobodur.

The food was good but the portions are really quite small and it is expensive. You don't really have any options to eat outside the resort so on the food front you are being high-jacked into eating there. Tours and service to the airport are also very expensive. We stayed here during Ramadan and the noise coming from all the little mosques in the valley was really very loud and frequent during the night, I don't know how bad it is outside Ramadan but it was impossible to get a good nights rest without earplugs.

-The location is very good,you can see Borobudur temple from the terrace,it's a fantastic view -the personnel is very kind and polite -the restaurant building is very beautiful -the spa building is very beautiful,the facade is made of wood ,very detailed carved like a lace in javanese style

-the noise in the night time,especially at the villas set in the valley,near the village -the villa we stayed in,has only 2 glass windows,all the other windows are made of wood pannels,you can hear every noise from outside and there was plenty( cockcrow almost all night,bleating of the goats); and because of the Ramadan some nights we could hear songs and drums till in the morning -there are 2 beautiful big parrots kept in two halves of the same cage and never go out,it's so sad to see them like this.They deserve a better life.

Affordable luxury near Borobudur, one of the world's great monuments Staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay immensly. Would go back In a heartbeat

природа! вокруг такая красота, из нашего номера был виден боробудур, так же у нас был собственный бассейн, бассейн приличного размера. вилла просторная, кровать большая. спа центр потрясающего дизайна с видом на боробудур, массажисты достойные, цены не запредельные. завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные, завтраки проходят на веранде с необыкновенным видом на джунгли, горы и конечно боробудур. на веранде можно посмотреть в телескоп. уединенность, тишина, покой.

не понравился запах на вилле, в шкафу жутко пахло нафталином. цены на еду высокие, но других ресторанов в округе нет. есть хороший недорогой ресторан на территории боробудура. рядом с этим рестораном есть продавец сувениров, старик, он обманщик-спекулянт. не покупайте у него ничего :)

Kamar bersih terawat, lingkungan juga bersih

La vista sul Borobudur in mezzo alla giungla che si gode dalla terrazza del ristorante è magnifica. I trattamenti eseguiti nella caratteristica Spa sono molto ben fatti. La gentilezza, disponibilità ed efficienza di tutto lo staff, anche nel rispondere a richieste non incluse nell'offerta standard dell'hotel.

La qualità del cibo piuttosto scarsa, salvo per la 1a colazione, ottima e abbondante :-)

wir sind bereits seit zwei Wochen in Indonesien am Reisen und haben schon mehrere Hotels gesehen, auch in Borobodur. die Mitarbeiter waren besonders zuvorkommend, freundlich & der Service war sehr angenehm. der Bungalow war wunderschön - mitten im Grünen. die Aussicht ist traumhaft. es gibt auch andere Bungalows, die direkt den Pool dabei haben, mit Blick auf Borobodur.

leider hat es im Bad gestunken, Und der airport Shuttle kostet für die gleiche Strecke viel mehr als von den anderen Hotels.Nicht mal Frühstück ist inklusive im Preis. Ausserdem ist ab vier Uhr die Nacht vorbei, was eigentlich kein Problem ist, aber aufgrund der hohen Preise hat man eine höhere Erwartungshaltung, und es trifft somit einfach nicht ganz den Standard den man erwartet.

Prachtig uitzicht op de Borobudur en heerlijk zwembad. Helaas was het bij ons erg bewolkt. Goede fietsen te huur waarmee we naar de Borobudur zijn gegaan.

La situation de l’hôtel, à flanc de colline dans un jardin luxuriant avec une vue extraordinaire sur le temple et le volcan au coucher du soleil. Les pavillons sont bien isolés l'un de l'autre. La cuisine donne un bon choix de cuisine locale.

Peu de support pour faciliter la visite de la région: pas d'itinéraires, de carte locale ou de transport vers la ville.

Beliggenheden. Vi havde bestilt en cottage med egen swimmingpool, med udsigt over bjergene og Borobudur. Det var fantastisk. Personalet var hjælpsomme og venlige. Stedet er et besøg værd.

Selvom det er et fantastisk dejligt sted, er prisen i overkanten. Maden var fantastisk bortset fra en Sirlion steak der ikke var til at tygge. Kan selvfølgelig ske et hvert sted. Blev heller ikke bedt om at betale for den.

Paddy cabin needs better lighting and mosquito protection. It was also a bit cramped.

Fantastic views Fabulous service

Superbe établissement avec vue sur le site de Borobudur (15 min. en voiture). Bungalow de charme (maisonette typiquement javanaise), spacieux et propre donnant sur une nature luxuriante ainsi que les rizières. Tous les bungalows sont relativement distants les uns des autres ce qui permet une totale privacy. SPA magnifique et soin de grande qualité. Belle piscine et très beau restaurant avec excellente carte (mélange de cuisine française et balinaise).

Kayu lantai kamar sangat licin,hrs hati-hati sekali. Kamar mandinya mengeluarkan bau yg tdk sedap,kalo pintunya terbuka,slrh ruangan bau.

Geweldige ligging, met prachtig uitzicht op de Borobudur. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en goed eten.

Het hutje met uitzicht op rijstveld was erg klein. Leuke open badkamer, maar alles nat na het douchen en geen plek om toiletspullen neer te zetten.
