Value for money, ideally located, near to the beach, scooters/bicycles rental.

Room cleanliness can be improved.

We booked two rooms mine was near the pool, light and airy with a lovely king size bed.The other room was at the back and a bit dark though probably quieter in busier times.The food was very good with very generous servings for very reasonable prices.When we first arrived the place was busy but once it quieted down,the staff were more relaxed and friendly.The location was central and close to everything.

Er enjoyed our 3 days stay very much. Value for the money big time! Spacious clean room, comfortable bed and a nice veranda with poolview. The pool is really good, every morning they clean it and there's enough sunbeds. The food is really good and cheap!!! You dont need to go anywhere else since its so good :) cozy atmotsphere. I would definately rekommend this hotel! :)

They didnt change our towels the first night but the day after we got new ones. (Im sure we would have got new ones if we asked for it.)

Friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms and grat pool

After a long discussion at least I could change to another room. The staff in the restaurant was very nice.

When she brought me to the room, she took in front of my eyes the remote controll for the a/c away. When I asked here about this, she said it costs more with a/C. The room wasn't really nice either one in the back of the place and they had enough other rooms.

Very nice bungalow on a beautiful island. The pool is great to sit at if you aren't in the mood for the beach.

The staff at Pondok jenggala are amazing!! We stayed two weeks and at the end there was tears from the staff because we were leaving, amazing amazing people with a great cheap hotel!

Good location, not far from the beach. Good room and nice swimmingpool. We booked for four nights. We have seen the Island within one day. Canceling two nights was no problem. Only a mail to booking.com so the owner would not be charged by them.

During our stay there were Some young Aussies, with a lot of alcohol. They we very loud during the night.

Located on great garden, with nice small swimming pool. The best cottages are there. Base breakfast and nice food for dinner. It is not worth to look for food products in shops, owner has got a good - compering to competition prices. Beer 35000, cola 8000. One of nicest places to stay on island, if you are looking for good priceand quality. Better resorts are more than 600 000 per night. Free wifi, everyday cleaning, nice bikes for rent. I can recommand it.

Owner and his family is looking for every penny for extra things. But generally hotel is ok.

I wanted them to change towel and sheets. I was staying 3 nights, but no change sheets at all.

Very nice swimming pool, room is tidy and clean. Staff are friendly. Easy to reach the beach and around good restarants!! Breakfast not much choice, everyday same meanu. I'm going for diving trip, PJ is so close to the dive shop(5mins by foot), it is a good choice to stay PJ as a diving trip. PJ not change the towel everyday but they will change after your advice. Will come back for stay by next time visit.

We left a carry bag behind by mistake. Through honesty from the staff at Pondok Jenggala and Ocean Star (boat) it has been returned back to our address in Sanur. This has been greatly appreciated.

Only a two minute walk to the beach. Nice pool.

The hotel is not well kept: there are stains everywhere : on the sheets, on the towels, on the curtains, on the walls... The water was hardly hot (cold the 1st night even though we paid for hot water) breakfast was bad (minimalist, doubtful eggs, ...) one of the only hotels that does not have a seaview that staff is not very friendly way too expensive for what it is!

Paid for hot water and it was only Luke warm at best... Apart from that it was lovely

Jak and the hotel staff where very friendly and did all they could to help us. Would go back for sure.

Matress was a little hard but all good otherwise

very good location, 10 mins walk to the beach, supermarket and nice restaurant is very near, the secret garden (in which bungalow,yoga class and booking diving and snokling is available) is in 2 mins walk from this resort, nice swimming pool and bed sheets, towels are very clean and smell fresh! aircon work very good, no bathtub but clean modern shower system, bed was perfetcly comfy, very satisfied comparing to the price! also they offer a free pick up and drop off to the boat and of coures they arrange the boat to the bali island (sanur) including pick up and drop off to (from) the hotel or airport.

they don't change towels, slide doors with whole windows are kinda exotic but not convenient to lock, and privcy may not be protected well as the room are facing each other surrounding a swimming pool, so i had to draw the curtains every time.

I stayed with my husband and 2 other couples. The facility was very clean, although our first room was quite smelly. They did move us at our request. The food was well priced and pretty good. It's only a short walk to the beach, although there are several other places that back straight onto the beach. The pool area was very tidy and the pool was beautiful and clean. The staff were awesome. Also try Scooby-Doo restaurant on the beach.

We booked this hotel because it had a good feedback rating from booking.com. But beware, if you book a fan room - which was absolutely fine for this time of the year - you will have to pay extra for hot water. This is not mentioned on their booking.com information or in the booking confirmation. When my sister took this up with the hotel owner they ended up in rip roaring arguement about it. She showed him that there was no mention on the booking site or confirmation so he reluctantly turned the hot water on for her only - not the other 2 couples. Also, you pay for wi-fi access, but the password is changed in the morning so you'll need to pay again each day. The owner types the password in so you can't share it around to everyone. Motorbike hire is only till 9pm each night. It's 70000rp but comes with a full tank of gas - not that you need it. Yes these things don't cost alot but if you're staying here because you're on a budget then these extras could add up.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was very good and very reasonable. The pool was a nice size and at the time we visited it was very quiet. Very reasonable price for a very reasonable hotel.

No near a beach worth visiting, although the staff have bikes for rental or will arrange transport to get you to a nice beach (see Dream Beach).

员工很友善、热情，以很低的价格给我们使用他们的厨房和食材，让我们做中国菜吃。我们租摩托车环岛游蓝梦岛- 时候弄丢了两架车钥匙，他们好无怨言的帮忙找来备用钥匙，连提出要为丢失的钥匙赔钱的时候也是感觉很不好意- 思的样子，解释了很多，赔付价格也合理。房间很干净，整洁，院子有个泳池。相对房价，物超所值。
