The location is good because it is in the town (25 minutes from the airport). So it is convenient if you want to go to the shopping malls (5 to 10 minutes). Local road site eateries (and the recommended Beringin Pempek outlet) are just 10 minutes walk away. The recommended Pagi Sore rstaurant (Nasi Padang cuisine) is just at the end of the row of the Hotel building (2 minute walk). Saw a a cockroach when checking in, and also in the packet of food which we had placed on the table in the room. If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the karaoke outlet on the 5th floor may make you lose some sleep. Even on the 2nd floor room, we could hear the boom-boom sound of the karaoke/niteclub. The fresh pineapple in the breakfast buffet had some rotten (over-ripe and therefore with fungus!) pieces. The kitchen staff do not know a rotten piece from a good one?

facilites in the room we stayed needs imorovement e.g the electric cattle should change a new one,should have reading.lights on both beds. I was really dissapointed when we checked in at the hotel we were asked to pay cash deposit at the hotel counter and the receipent did not accept credit card open for payment and accept only confirmed payment this pratices never happend before to other hotels i stayed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy too. We found baby cockroaches several times in the room. Sounds from karaoke room at level 5 was very irritating and can't get enough sleep since they keep singing until 4 a.m.

Tempatny strategis di tengah kota dan dekat dengan mall dan ramai Pengalaman buruk sewaktu nginap disana,didalam kamar & kulkasny banyak kecoak dari yang kecil sampai yg besar,AC yg tidak dingin,air panas yg tidak tersedia 24 jam,dan mati lampu yg cukup lama membuat anak saya menangis ketakutan karena sangat gelap di hotel,dan itu benar2 membuat saya tidak nyaman,dan ini pertama dan terakhirny saya menginap disini.
