Great service and a relaxed atmosphere. The gardens and pool area were immaculate and well tended giving us a great outlook from our room. The restaurant prices were the best we could find in Sanur.

Friendly staff, nice pool, comfortable rooms, short walk to the beach.

"Moth ball" smell in the bathroom. But bathroom was clean :)

очень красивый отель - много зелени, 2 бассейна с теплой водой, купаться можно круглые сутки. номера чистые, без изысков. сейф только в лобби. доброжелательный персонал, готовый помочь в любом вопросе. недорогой ресторан при отеле, готовят вкусно, а цены ниже, чем в кафе и ресторанах рядом с отелем. при отеле на парковке дежурят частные таксисты, поэтому уехать можно в любое время. таксисты так же помогут организовать экскурсию в 2-3 раза дешевле, чем туроператор. до пляжа санур идти пешком 5-7 минут, но это не напрягает. в 2 минутах ходьбы от отеля есть kfc и Dunkin Donuts, обменники и магазинчики. если снова поедем на бали, то только в этот отель. В отрицательные моменты можно было бы написать, что периодически пропадала горячая вода, но эта проблема решалась моментально после обращения к любому мимо проходящему персоналу.

Keurige kamer prachtige tuin, heerlijk zwembad, rustige lokatie ca 10 min lopen van het strand. Goed ontbijt keurig vezorgd.

Om van het hotel naar strand te gaan moet wel een drukke weg overgestoken worden opletten dus, of je pakt een taxi.

The staff are very polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There are two swimming pools, both in beautiful settings. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant offers a good menu for during the day and evening. There is a shuttle four times daily to the shopping area, as it is a little distance from the main amenities.

Possibly the location compared to the hotels closer to the beach, as there is an extremely busy intersection to cross, should you decide not to take advantage of the shuttle service. I had no hot water in my room on three occasions over a five day stay, but that was sorted out.

Voor de prijs die je betaalt is dit wellicht wat je kan verwachten.

Zeer drukke weg voor het hotel. Bijna onmogelijk om over te steken en naar het strand te stappen. Bovendien erg donker 's avonds en zeer diepe gaten in de voetpaden.

Понравилось, что в то время, когда мы были, было мало народу. Все время что-то убирают и вообще ощущение, что персонала больше чем туристов. Место нормальное такое - от моря близко и от центра недалеко. Опять же, интрнет более менее нормальный есть Wi Fi Территория красивая. Бассейн довольно большой и глубокий - можно нырять. Стоимость еды в ресторане - нормальная, чуть выше средней цены за воротами отеля. Рядом много европейских забегаловок - если кому-то надо. Для одной ночи - шикарно. Мы живем уже 6 дней - нам нравится.

Very busy road to cross to get to beaches. Police around to help manage. Once you've done it a couple of times it gets much easier.

We really liked our stay at Puri Dalem Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonably clean room, good facilities. Perfect location as a starting point for trips into the center of the island. Excellent food and a very good choice of other restaurants within a walking distance from the hotel.
