The constant offering of help and initiatives taken by the staff time and time again with helping us with our scooters, chatting with us over breakfast, promptly bringing our housekeeping needs. We were upgraded for free to a higher grade room which was simply fabulous! i didnt manage to get any reply with regards to airport pick up so i had somewhat of a problem when i first arrived. but to make up for that, the airport ferrying service during our departure was great. |

Its a low budget hotel, but the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was for type of hotel ok. that's all , they could at least daily change a bit on the buffet, in mainly Indonesian breakfast, but the food is very oily, The room is very old and badly maintained , old furniture , it need a urgent renovation. Internet system is very bad, three hours is to short they shout go for 24 hours . I would recommended for low budget travelers. |

Comfortable, breakfast ok. A nice pool area. The grounds and garden very neat, well maintained. The staff were very helpful. You didn't have to keep putting your hand in your pocket. Not like outside the hotel. They don't have a transfer to and from the Airport. The Airport is hopeless, not enough staff to process a lot of people. Its ok if you wish to bribe your way out. You need to be wary of porters, taxi drivers and any body else that might touch your bags. It will cost you. I arrived expecting a hotel transfer as advertised. Bit of a shock to find your own way to the hotel for a first time visitor. They might need to address this in the future. It would be very helpful. |

The Hotel staff are so kind and polite, they can accomodate what we need. The breakfast menu is good enough. The bath room was so smell, no laundry services available, no menu price list for room services. |

Ease of check in and assistance with directions. Transfer to airport when we left was good also. Room well set up and comfortable. Breakfast was not great - seemed to be a bit disorganised. A number of the options had run out when we arrived. |

The service is good, friendly people, also the hotel is nearby good restaurants and shops they should have a direct internet access at the rooms, the system they have is buying access cards for about 2:30hrs, and sometimes they ran out of them, and the company that supply them didn't bring more in couple of days |

Rooms are cottage style with a big outdoor walled area which is great for families. King size 4 poster bed with mosquito nets. The gardens are lovely. Bathroom was basic shower over bath, no shower curtain so water goes on floor. Shower is too low for tall persons. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Buffet breakfast is basic not much choice. |

Handy to shopping and dining in Seminyak and close to airport before we set off to Lombok. We travelled in nw bali Our room was very dated and claustophobic. The hotel looks dated around the pool and shady- need top open up the resort more to sun and air. It felt dank. It has potential to improve. Restuarant staff very helpful |

They did not fetch me from the airport, though I arranged for it in advance. Moreover, they did not even apologize and said it was due to my flight delay - though they had my flight details and actually knew about the delay, as they admitted. I tried to call, nobody answered the phone, then I took a taxi and they refused to refund the costs. Another issue they charged the prize in Indonesian rupies, though it was agreed in dollars and calculated at an infavourable 'hotel-rate'. All in all a very unpleasant experience. |

The Balinese house concept is beautifully done and pretty well maintained, the staff are friendly and efficient. The room and furnishing need upgrading urgently, the walk way outside the rooms is smelly without proper ventilation. |

The staff were helpful: and friendly and the front desk workers spoke very good English. Food was good and clean. Enjoyed poolside. Central to services and shopping. Basic room but clean.Suitable for its price. Fulfilled advertised services like airport pickup. Noisy neighbours and tv going next door made sleeping difficult for 2 nights; Room lacked tea making facilities.Mosquito problem. |

The villa we stayed in, has a nice private terrace. The walking distance to the beach takes 20 minutes (or less than 1 dollar for a taxi). The rooms are "tired"and need renovation. The hotel is hidden behind a road where very noisy cars and scooters drive day & night. The breakfast staff is not interested in what they serve: two days the cereal milk was sour, etc. |
