We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the gardens and the pleasant comfortable room we had that was part of a two storey villa complex with its own garden. It was very private and quiet, very comfortable, the pool was great and the breakfast extensive and adequate. It was excellent value for money. We were upgraded on arrival I believe. The bathroom was unventilated and smelled a bit. But we left the door open as much as possible and it came right. Otherwise it was all good. |

Nice and quiet, hotel had a low occupancy at the time i was there. very charming grounds in traditional balinese style. Staff were very helpful. Free airport transfers included in package. A good 10-15 minute walk to the beach at legian. not a great beach and public with plenty of hawkers/beach sellers plus loads of flags indicating no swimming (better to go to nusa dua so I'm told). Great if you want to surf. Breakfast very limited. Would have liked in room safe. Hotel dead at night. |

Upon arrival we received a free upgrade to the downstairs villa. The foyer area was beautiful - it was equipped with nice new lounge furniture and a fan for comfort. The room and bathroom was also nice. Good value for money. |

Stayed here for 5 nights in the downstairs villa room. A very enjoyable stay. It's fifteen minutes walk from the beach and 5 mins from lots of shops and restaurants, but it's also out of the way enough for a quiet stay so you aren't disturbed. Further away from Kuta nightlife than I thought, but then it's only a short taxi ride away. Some of the hotel staff could do with learning a bit more english (but then again I could do with learning some indonesian). I had an enjoyable stay here so no real complaints. |

The bed and the air conditioning and the bathroom ok. Many. No welcome drink, No flowers in room, no airport pick-up, no-one answered phone when I called for pick-up upon arrival. Big hassle! No towels in pool, then when I asked, the towels I received had holes in them. Food left out in heat for three hours for breakfast with no covers on when I arrived to eat. Hot water in shower difficult to regulate. I got scaleded. No free trips Kuta Beach.. |

Staff at international standard, in terms of service, use of English language, courtesy, professionalism. Someone has done a very good job of training the reception staff at the Puri Dewa Bharata Hotel. Staff traing is a 'given' in developed countries. In Indonesia, it is a welcome surprise. 10 minutes to the international airport makes Puri Dewa Bharata Hotel a handy berth for the day tripper. Seminyak is an awkward location and unattractive due to the closeness of an industrial strip. However, the hotel is beautifully crafted, and has managed to hide itself away in its own small realm. Vehicle access is a little awkward. Taxis are difficult to locate on the street, but the hotel staff efficiently organise taxi bookings as part of the service. |

El sitio es estupendo, muy tranquilo, es como un templo balines. Andando a la playa se tardan 20 minutos. El personal es muy atento. Si volvemos a Bali, sin duda volveríamos a este hotel. |

Velmi ochotný a přátelský perzonál, služby i vybavení odpovídá deklarovanému stavu.
