The pool area was nice and the room large and comfortable The restaurant staff told us a more expensive price for the breakfast than the reception staff. The road from the hotel to the beach doesn't have pavements and it takes ges to cross over to the hotel- really busy crossroads.

Spacious villa, nice gardens, lovely pool. Shower in bath, chairs not very comfortable, needed thicker cushions. When we went to Kuta and Legian we were constantly harassed by touts exhorting us to buy and to get involved with timeshare - we had to resort to shopping in larger shopping malls.

I stayed in the upstairs villa. It was spacious. I enjoyed the couches down below to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. At times the shower didnt work. We contacted the staff and they fixed it straight away.

I liked the cost and value for money. I especially liked the friendly and efficient staff -nothing was too much trouble for them. The locality was great - close to beach, shops and food outlets, etc. The brick wall outside the window. being offered a deal from "My Vocations" the had no integrity.

This is a quiet place despite near a busy road. Spacious room, good balcony in the villa and there is breakfast delivered to room everyday. Most importantly, friendly staff! Transportation and location is not as desirable as I expect.

Friendly staff. Quiet. Nice ambience. Nice design of rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Nice balcony. Overall, it's a hotel where you can spend your entire day in without feeling bored or uneasy. The complimentary daily breakfast also were pretty decent. Room floors felt dirty and sandy even after the daily housekeeping. Maybe the tiles need some polishing. The aircond (room 204) also leaked water when left on overnight. But it happens only sometimes. Still a very nice hotel overall.

The rooms were well designed. Beds cosy. Nice pool. Nice ambience. Great staff. Nearby to amenities. Room floors felt quite sandy, even after the daily room service. Probably the tiles need a little polishing.

Very friendly staff, beautiful villa, best value for money. Weren't affected by the constructions that took place outside the hotel and other travelers said they have been bothered by. We liked it so much that we booked the villa again after returning from some other islands. They even stored our large suitcases for free.

I enjoyed the pool and the building of the hotel itself, also it's next to a road but you don't hear any voice from the bikes etc. We booked 1 kind of a room, my friend came earlier, and she was put in a terrible room under the stairs that looked like a closet, staid there for 3 days since I joined letter, and only after complaining and showing the printed page from Booking.com they put us in another roo (still not the one that we originally booked)

This was one of the more reasonably-priced hotels in Seminyak over the Xmas/New Year period - we found it quite expensive for the standard of accommodation but I'm sure it's cheaper in off-peak times. Lovely garden, friendly staff and nice pool area. We had a downstairs villa that was quiet and had a huge living area. Room could do with some maintenance. Location is not in the heart of Seminyak - actually more on the border between Seminyak and Legian. Hotel is on a busy road with very poor footpaths although there is a smaller laneway you can walk through to get to the main street for shopping, restaurants, etc.

The gardens and pools are beautiful, calming and lush. The restaurant food is okay, but there are lots of mosquitos at night and the staff didn't have anything to repel them, spray candle etc. The breakfast was disappointing.

Friendly staff, nice swimming pool, breakfast is very good! We were upgraded to deluxe room once arrived, but when prolonged was moved to standard room which is also nice. Will definitely recommend! A bit off the main road, and there is a construction nearby, not so pleasant to walk, so bike is a must.

The staff was excellent. They helped me when I was ripped off at a money exchange in Kuta. The security guard went back with me to the exchange and this way I got back my money that I would have lost otherwise. Great people! The architecture of the hotel was very special, typical Balinese, kinda like a temple. I liked everything.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the bathrooms in upstairs rooms were totally unsatisfactory. Ist night we complained about smelly, shabby bathroom and towels and asked to be moved. The next room was marginally better. The hotel is tired and on need of a Reno and clean up.
