Der lugtet muggent på værelset. Airconditionen lugtet grimt og larmede. Hotellet var meget slidt. Ringe service og kvalitet I forhold til andre steder på Bali.

The location was amazing, you can step outside the hotel and onto the beach to either swim or enjoy the many warungs on the beach. In the afternoon you can either swim in the pool or grab a deck chair and watch the magical sunsets. The rooms are big and the ground floor unit was convenient for just walking straight down to the beach. Book a deluxe room as the standard rooms are not in a good location and appear poor quality. The beds and pillows are and good working air conditioning unit.

The shower in the rooms is poorly designed and sprays water all over the floor. The breakfast buffet doesn't have much of a variety- could do with more fruits and fruit juice choice and more choices of for styles of eggs and hot food and more choice of bread. The grounds could do with an upgrade.

This is one of the few hotels next to the beach that still have some of the "old" Bali style. I mean if you rather want a new built hotel with no charm concrete and no garden this is not the place. This hotel still has a big beautiful tree and a lovely garden with alot of space.The pool is beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away. We are coming back next year and hoping this hotel will keep that Bali feeling and not change.

My heart is crying as Bali is turning into a concrete jungle. Investors from Jakarta are building big ugly concrete monsters along the beach. Any building with the typical Bali style or any part with trees and gardens have to make space for this building chaos. I will a thousand times rather stay in a hotel like Puri Saron or other "old" style hotel that keeps some of that typical Bali feeling than support the new concrete hotel monsters.

The location is fantastic, right between the shops, the bars and the beach. The staff, as always, are so friendly and happy to assist you with whatever you need.

The 'towels on loungers' issue was a bit crazy on my last stay with some guests reserving loungers in two different locations so they could move as the day passed. Other guests reserved loungers as early as 7am but did not come to the pool area until after 9am. Not fair to other guests who come for a swim and have to put towels on the ground.

Top location. Beautiful grounds. Affordable. Well kept.

I hate to be negative because I did enjoy my stay but Breakfast food was very stale each day. Some not even edible and was the same each day of my stay. This is not a complaint but a comment. Sorry

Resort seems old and tired and considering we went in peak seasoning the resort is empty, it should tell you something. Rooms are in need of a refresh

Hotel is nice although a bit older than I thought...

This is a very expensive hotel for being Bali (and it's not really in Seminyak). We stayed at many different hotels in Bali, all of them much cheaper than Puri Saron, all of them much better than Puri Saron. The room at Puri Saron wasn't ready when it was time for check in, the "spa" is a joke, the entire hotel area was dirty. The breakfast is low standard. The taxi service has absolutely no clue of how long time it takes to drive to the airport, we almost missed our flight when we booked a taxi based on their time recommendation. I do not recommend this hotel.

Friendly attitude of most of the staff. Quiet and peaceful. Good pool area. Close to the beach.

Charges for Taxis from hotel. Need for Better Information and more detailed Maps of Seminyak, Legeion, Kuta and other places of interest.

big mosquito problem failure to return deposit for extra bed when not required poor buffet breakfast( no muesli, few healthy options) poor bathroom as had to clamber into bath to have shower with hand held shower which constantly soaked the floor problems getting taxis as hotel would not order a metre taxi- not acceptable for hotel to have a monopoly given increased older tourists bathrooms really need a makeover with a modern shower

Nice staff, close to the awesome beach where you can relax all day, got a relaxing 3 hour message of the month or something, good pool with swim up bar, clean and comfortable room

Relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant and friendly staff. Accessible to shops and restaurants.

The lighting in our room was poor. We were unable to read at night. Some towel rails in the bathroom would be great.

Right on the beach. Easy access to shopping. Real Balinese feel.

Have stayed before. The atmosphere and the staff are excellent. very friendly and helpful. It is quiet right on the beach and if you want to go to Kuta you can take the shuttle. We have always found it a very enjoyable stay.

Good old style Bali hotel, with plenty of gardens and very well situated on the beach, close to all the beach bars and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Pool is a good size and the swim up bar well situated. Would stay again but recommend the deluxe chalets.

Breakfast was OK with good egg station but selection of western style food limted.

Staff are certainly very friendly and will cater to your requests. Swim up bar is well equipped and menu is extensive, especially for pool side. Hotel also has a pizza restaurant overlooking the beach.

Hotel is located in quiet street, but staff carpark is next to rooms and is noisy at all hours. Their deluxe rooms have recently been renovated, but are still of a poor quality - especially the shower over the bath. Do not stay on the 3rd floor as these rooms are very substandard and dirty. Bungalow is the equivalent of a standard room at other hotels. There are no DVD players in any of the rooms (reception requests $10AUD to hire per night) and 23 out of the 25 TV channels are in Indonesian, which is interesting considering that none of the guests are. Breakast was great, real pancakes, egg station, indonesian options, cereals etc, but be mindful that the hotel uses UHT milk throughout. It's not a bad hotel, but you can definately get much better for your money - shop around!!

Dear Sirs Once again we found the Puri Saron to be comfortable and good value - the location is excellent - we enjoyed the large pool and the location of the hotel - however we were dissapointed in the breakfasts. The other dissapointment was not your fault, but the amount of motorcycles travelling along the beach front has increased dramatically especially in front of the restaurants. Your staff were always obliging and friendly. sincerely Carole Stiles

Location is right on the beach. Perfect for those of us who love the surf. Bungalows are good value & staff are helpful & friendly.

The hotel is not 5 star so not everything is perfect, but perfectly adequate as the location is great.
