Rama Beach Resort and Villas  

My wife suffered an injury away from the hotel and the staff were absolutely magnificient. Nothing was too much trouble.

Shower was cold

Lots of great things about this resort : 1. Location was very accessible 2. Pool and all aspects of the surrounding area was very pleasantly visual and appealing 3. Bed was very comfy 4. Room was decent sized, clean, and structurally sound 5. Spa and massage was done very well and in a professional manner 6. Great ambiance 7. Very friendly and helpful staff

The only negatives I could come up with: 1. Improving the breakfast buffet selection and food quality. 2. The shower in my room was a bit dirty and the shower head was completely rusty and very unappealing. 3. The shower was too high up and this creates a problem when stepping down because the floor is slippery so if there is no towel present the chance of injury is very high. 4. No clock at all

Great setting with excellent staff and good value

The bed!! We booked a double room and requested for an extra bed for triple use. Even though it was a roller bed... but the mattress was amazing!!

The air conditioner was not cold enough, even though we set it to 18 degree Celsius but it didn't feel like it. And we even woke up sweating in the middle of the night..

1. Friendly & helpful staff - they attend to your needs quite well. 2. Check in & check out process is fast.

1. Big disappointment: The hotel uses filtered sea water which actually wasn't filtered properly - so you get water that's yellowish in color & tastes salty (in the wash basin & shower) - all the time. You'd at least expect a clean shower after a long day out!! 2. They charge your credit card for incidentals at check-in (Rp1 million) & said they will reverse it later (but i still haven't received notice on my charge cancellation - maybe it will take time?) 3. Some of the power points in the room just don't work, while others will cause the electricity in your room to go out (the staff do attend to the problem promptly though). 4. Flies in the coffee house.

The hotel was nice & staff helpful, the swimming pool pleasant. Ideal for last night before early flight out.

Location - the nearby beach is not clean & the immediate neighborhood not so nice.

the pool and water feature of it along with the depth was a great seller, with inbuilt seats around in the pool fantastic!! the lovely buffet breakfast and smiling staff always greeting you, no matter what time of day.The pool and towel service opened until 10pm at nightWe only had lunch once but it was a beautifully presented and delicious meal! for us it was short walk 15 mins to discovery mall and waterbom park or a $1 by taxi if too hot.

The deluxe room is very spacious . Great pool.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resort has a great vibe, tranquil surroundings and spacious comfortable rooms. Restaurant serves delicious food. I will definitely be staying at Rama Beach Resort again if I have another holiday in Bali.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, great breakfast, friendky staff, very good value for money, and we got an upgrade!! Which made the stay there even more special!

Location. The hotel is based in a good area, Kuta beach, but the street itself is not good, very smelly, with open piping everywhere on the streets, very umpleasant to walk from hotel to kuta center.

Rama Beach Resort is very close to everything and has all you need for a nice quiet holiday, thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the very friendly staff excellent

Very friendly and nice resort

This was my third stay at the rama beach and as always the service was brilliant . The staff and hotel are as good if not better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed in would recommend to anyone loved my stay they again this time :)

Staff were extremely friendly, and the resort was very clean quiet and not too big, close to beach shops and restaurants, the pool was fantastic.Everything you want for a nice relaxing holiday.

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Got free upgrade on arrival to luxury villa. Pool is the best nice and deep. Will be back again soon.

Mosquitos can be annoying in villa rooms. I recommend buy spray if stay in villa room.

Decent hotel, not to far from Kuta centre, old but well maintained. Lovely staff, large variety at breakfast, great pool. Very relaxing. Would stay again!

Clean, friendly, helpful, beautiful garden villa and affordable. For my friend and I, we loved the princess beds we had. Very comfortable!! The pool was fantastic and the pool bar lunches were very enjoyable. Excellent all round, thanks....

They give me a free upgrade to villa with private pool with the consideration as I am coming with two kids.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Staff were pleasant and always helpful. Free airport transfers. Free shuttle bus to Kuto throughout the day. Would recommend the place to fellow travellers.

This is really amazing place. It is located in a very active aria but once you enter it is totally different life. Amazing nature and wonderful design. Excellent maintenance. The location it perfect for everybody - 10 min from airport - 3 min from from Kuta beach and discovery mall - all what you need is just in front of the hotel, many good restaurants, supermarkets, laundry, money exchange ... - Taxi at any time

Internet is not free

Good location,big room 45 square meters,with a small pool. Very good design of garden. Great breakfast. Helpful staffs. I've introduced this resort to my friends.
