Fantastic setting, an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. the pool area is outstanding none of the photos I have seen do it any justice. staff are so friendly and the rooms are spaciuos and airy. We travelled with my parents (in their 70's) and our 2 year old son and the Rama beach ticked all the boxes for all ages - we'll return without a doubt. |

The friendlyness of all the helpful staff very relaxing Nothing was too much trouble. I made a suggestion abut the breakfasts, although quite good, the cakes were never covered up so were visited by a lot of flies etc The security staff on the gate were very pleasant to the hotel clients, but were very rude to a guest that l had intended to bring into the Hotel.For that reason l would not go to this Hotel again |

great swimming pool, breakfast buffet is nice and extended, food is good, close to airport, free shuttle to airport the beds in our room were very "springy" and the pillows very hard. I requested different pillows but never received any, so had some uncomfortable nights. The fact that the internet is not free. They are very focussed on money, before you even sit down for breakfast they ask for your voucher and at check out they started about a towel which had never been there in the first place, quite paranoid actually. Gave me an unpleasant feeling. Also there is not a distinct non-smoking area in the restaurant. |

They insisted we pay in cash on arrival for our room. They were not able to give a no smoking room. Construction work by pool with no worning on booking. |
