A nice place to relax.. great deep pool to dive in.. good sized rooms.. cold air con... all in al pretty comfy place to relax... was a tad on the expensive side.. |

Friendly staff Not really value for money considering you could get something as close to the beach of similar quality in Australia for the same price. Photos make it look more glamourous than it is. The bathroom wall tiles had not been cleaner in forever. |

The staff at Rama Gardens were most certainly the best part of our stay. They genuinely cared about us enjoying Bali. The hotel rooms are outdated & did not reflect the images on the internet. |

Quite, peaceful atmosphere and the friendliness of your staffs. I love the hotel but may be you have to improve on your breakfast service. Your bread toaster was not in good working condition and there was only one available; may be add quantity. We have to wait to get clean plates; the 'recycling' process must be improved. |

The room was quite romantic. The location was very close to the beach. The general appearance of the lobby and grounds were quite beautiful The breakfasts were crap. One morning, the three hot dish plates contined rice, rice, and bacon. We really like a good breakfast buffet but this was not it. |

Staff very nice and friendly like most hotels in Bali, helpfull in giving information about the area The room came with a free complimentry breakfast which was acceptable all though the service was very poor in this area, there did not seem to be any supervision, we nearly hd to order break fast the night before so it arrived when we wanted it |

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel room clean and comfortable. Like the Rama Garden as the room and surrounds are typically Balinese. No Everything was good. The only problem was the water pressure in the bathroom shower was poor at certain times of the day and it was hard to regulate the hot and cold flow. |

I liked the swimming pool because it's very big and it's just in front of my hotel room. Another thing that I liked is that the rooms are facing each other and that's very good. I did not like the water from the shower and the sink. It tasted too much of the sea water and it's very uncomfortable. |

heel erg vriendelijk personeel het is een oud hotel en ze waren aan het verbouwen....en bij aankomst moesten we de eerste nacht in en ander hotel overnachten omdat het overboekt was....maar daarvoor kregen we een gratis diner aangeboden....ik geef het hotel als cijfer een 7 |

Personalen var mycket trevlig och vänlig. Poolen var blå, skön och relaxing. Handdukarna kändes ofräscha. Badrumskranen droppade, toaletten spolade dåligt. Inte bra att rökning tillåts inomhus, flera rum var inpyrda av cigarettrök |
