The hotel is very well integrated with the nature and is very close to the beach (for hotel guests only). The breakfast buffet is really nice with lots of choices! The room is clean, comfortable and relatively large, with lots of amenities in the bathroom. The room service is available 24 hours and is not too expensive (as compared with normal restaurant prices in the area). It's nice to swim in the swimming pool (with pool bar) . No bathtub (only shower) in the room we stayed. As the reception and the restaurant for breakfast is open-door (with no windows separating the hotel with outdoor spaces) and not air-conditioned, it may be a little hot there. Far from the central area of Bali. No cheap restaurants or warungs around the hotel, only touristy restaurants where the bill easily goes beyond 40 dollars for two persons! An area almost completely separated from Balinese people, except a very small shop next to the hotel where you can buy some drink and snacks. |

Our stay in the Ramada Resort Benoa Bali was excellent. We were staying in a one bedroom villa which was spacious and very well decorated. This hotel had a lovely Thai restaurant on the beach, beautiful garden in the area. I would like to compliment hotel's Spa, it had a good choice of treatments for brilliant value. I would like to thank therapist Padmi and all the other staff in the hotel who made our stay in Benoa unforgettable. The hotel did not have proper beach area as it is mainly focused on water sports and boats. However, hotel provides shuttle bus to Nusa Dua and another beautiful and peaceful Gerger beach where you can spend the day. In addition, breakfast had a variety of items served on the buffet but the flavours were not fantastic. However, I would recommend their Tao restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, all the hotel facilities close quite early and there is not much to do in the evening, the main restaurant is also fairly quiet. |

Most helpful staff. Good value.Shuttle to the shopping area. The hotel is across the road from the beach. Difficult to exclude insects from the room. |

Nice room with big windows and great balcony. Splendid swimming pools, varied breakfast buffet and very helpful personnel Room was very clean but there was always an odor of humidity (probably because airco shuts down when room key is removed. All hotels at north end of Benoa (Ramada, Novotel,...) have a beachside but the beach is not suitable for swimming, only for watersports. |

Beautiful balinese design; excellent breakfast; clean; good price/quality combination; shuttle to Geger beach and to Bali Collection Mall is useful It's near the beach however the beach is loaded with boats as it is the last hotel in the Nusa Dua / Benoa area and it's near one port. |

Big rooms and lovely environment. Good price and nice staff. There is actually nothing to do around the hotel area... The beach across from the resort is not your typical holiday beach. You can't relax there because all the fishing boats were docked there.. The food was not that great. |

The spa was lovely, the pool was great and very tastefully designed, the beds were extremely comfortable, the beach restaurant was excellent. The beach was beautiful but you could not swim. Far too many water sports going on run by locals. Nowhere to walk to in the evenings, no little craft shops. |

Mooi hotel, fijne kamers, mooi zwembad, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Niet duur. Helaas is er in de omgeving van het hotel niks te doen. Alleen aan de overkant zit een heel lekker en mooi restaurant. Dit is een goed hotel om 2 á 3 nachten te blijven en te relaxen bij het zwembad. |

De ontvangst en service van het personeel is uitstekend evenals in het bijbehorende restaurant. Beddegoed was niet schoon. Opzet hotel oogt op eerste gezicht leuk/misterieus, maar is toch wat grootschalig met lange onpersoonlijke gangen naar de kamers. Ontbijtruimte is niet gezellig. Ontbijt is matig. |

Замечательный, вежливый персонал, не избалованный высокими ценами по сравнению с персоналом в близлежащих отелях. Очень хорошее качество номеров, качество уборки. К огромному сожалению, отсутствует пляж. |

Очень понравился отель и его персонал. Завтрак отличный, далее не питались т.к. в округе полно ресторанчиков с нормальными ценами. Для спокойного размеренного отдыха. Не тусить! мамашки с детьми и просто пары... Цена/качество- 5 баллов. |
