The staff were fantastic, the food was excellent and good value, the accommodation was very good, clean and kept tidy at all times, facilities excellent

Could have an upgrade to towels, needed to be a bit newer, however i believe that is happening, which is good.

Location Breakfast

- Internet was not working on arrival. Staff tried to tell me there was something wrong with my laptop - Air conditioner was noisy - Noise from band playing nearby until quite late at night - For the price the facilities were average - Location of balcony door in relation to the desk was inconvenient

Excellent service and management are hands on. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a room change and it was changed straight away. The staff were extremely obliging and friendly. Prices at the hotel were cheap really.

The beach location and restaurants was a huge plus. Whilst being in a villa is far more luxurious and private the beach is a huge draw card.

Never go to Bali over xmas! We had so much trouble getting to and from Seminyak we didn't get to do the shopping we had planned. We had to hire a private driver for most of our time there just to get where we needed to go and this added substantially to our costs.

Just stayed here for 16 nights, loved every minute, staff where amazing and the location was sensational. The hotel was clean and the staff where always working to maintain this constantly. Can't wait to return next year.

Everything! Location was fantastic, easily walk most places and only a few dollars for taxi to Seminyak. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and beach. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Two pools and two restaurants were beautiful. Great variety of food and drinks. Room was nice, clean and quiet with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Wouldn't change a thing. Thank you :)

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and could not do enough for you. I was on the second floor and had a garden view which was awesome as it was quiet and we had a beautiful, private and relaxing outlook from the balcony. The location is relatively quiet and yet close to almost everything by foot or taxi.

I saw the reviews about the towels and unfortunately we also got two towels thru the week which had marks of some kind on them. They should be checked before hand?

Room wasn't ready when we arrived (had to wait 2.5 hours for them to get it ready, the guy at the counter seemed a bit dodge while this was happening. Its not really beachfront, you cant see the beach. Its more like The Atrium in Mandurah wa - pool as the feature, heaps of kids making a rukus by the pool, kind of gross really. Its in Legian and is a massive trek to Seminyak or Kuta. Drain smelt. Overpriced for what it is. Won't be going back.

I did not like the amount of noise that I heard from within the room. I also did not like the delay during my checkout.

The staff were so friendly and obliging. The rooms were clean with all the amenities required. The resort was central to restaurants and shopping areas.

Lack of washing flannels in the bathrooms.

Love love LOVED it! I don't understand the negative reviews I have read, they gave us a small review card to fill out on our last day and we could not think of ONE negative thing to write, except that the pillows were too big! We travelled as a group of 4 girls (25 yrs old) and stayed in room 1502 (or 5102, can't remember!) and the rooms were next to eachother and our balcony door led straight into the pool! We were at the front of the hotel, opposite the beach front end and it was perfect! A nice stroll through the hotel grounds to the beach end. It really is a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool that curves around the whole resort. We didn't use the day spa as it was expensive in comparison to street massages etc. They also did a fumigation of the resort to get rid of unwanted bugs/mossies, and did the polite thing and warned us all of the time and day they were doing so. The beach side pool was beautiful too, as was the food and cheap cocktails! They even have a fully decked out gym...that I managed to get to all of once (had the sugar guilts after a big night out hehe). Coupled with the complimentary dvd player (which is very necessary considering how cheap dvds are in Bali) and the provided hair dryer and toiletries, it really did have everything! Oh, and even if you are travelling with just a friend, I STRONGLY suggest getting a king bed instead of 2 singles. It was SO big that I could spread my arms out and not even be close to hitting my best friend. It was amazing! Could comfortably fit 2 adults and one child too I think! Rather than putting a roll out in. Buffet breakfast had a great selection, and there was complimentary wifi in the lobby. Not in the rooms though but who wants to sit on the internet on your holiday anyway! Overall, loved it! Great location, great everything!

The pillows were ridiculously big, but in saying that, we never bothered requesting smaller ones, so they may have had other options.

La localisation en bord de mer. Les chambres au calme malgré une ville très bruyante.

Il nous a fallu attendre plus d une heure pour avoir notre chambre. Leur machine à carte bancaire ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons du aller au distributeur pour payer.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr ruhige Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand, sehr schöne und saubere Hotelumgebung, gutes Essen/Frühstück und ein Klasse Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Suasana hotel termasuk fasilitasnya cukup menyenangkan. Modern tapi tetap bernuansa Bali. Tidak terlalu ramai. Nyaman untuk keluarga dengan anak kecil. Lokasi sangat strategis.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the location and the layout of the hotel. We had ground floor rooms which I had asked for & the location of these to the pool area was superb.

This hotel is in a great location on legian beach.

The location is about the only good thing this hotel has going for it. The rooms are run down, the air con didn't work nearly as well as it should have, and the staff were pretty hopeless.

Really helpful, friendly staff. Good proximity to the beach.

Rooms are looking a little old and tired. From the outside, the hotel looks quite attractive, but the interior of my room needed a good makeover. And if you're wanting a good workout, look elsewhere; the gym was very basic.
