The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although I checked out early in the morning, they had a shower facility that I could use later in the day before my midnight flight. |

The first room I got the aircon is not cool,and they are kind enought to change the room for us.I like the location and the hotel design. The service is good.Security is tight. The only complain is the breadfast not many variety ,not worth the price of the hotel and is my first time to see they keep the bacon upon request ! |

central location in Kuta, next to the beach (not even 5 min walk), next to restaurants and coffee bars, good facilities, nice and clean rooms, with booking of the executive deluxe category vouchers for SPA and for afternoon tea had been offered, would stay there again during first half an hour after check in hotel staff came 3 times to the room to deliver flowers, welcome letter, and a fruit basket. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The pools seem to be a major attraction. Internet is available only in a few rooms. The check-in process took a bit longer than usual. |

If you like staying in Kuta, this is a nice place, as it isn't located right in the center of Kuta so it isn't too crowded or too noisy. The music by the pool, it is quite difficult to relax... |

Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk,zowel bij het restaurant,schoonmaak,businessruimte en natuurlijk bij aankomst. Wij hadden 27 oktober een chauffeur gereserveerd voor een halve dag.Deze reservering was georganiseerd door een dame die achter de excursiebalie zat. De tijden,en prijs waren goed doorgenomen van 10.00 tot 14.00 uur. Alleen door het drukke verkeer kwamen wij 15 minuten later dan gepland bij ons hotel aan. Na veel discussie moest ik een hele dag doorbetalen ipv onze prijsafspraak van een halve dag. Erg jammer,helemaal toen ik haar het geld achter in haar broekzak zag wegstoppen.Ook bij het uitchecken werd mij verteld dat ik uit de minibar een fles water had gebruikt,absoluut niet correct heb wel betaald maar vond het erg jammer dat de man achter de balie zo n heissa ervan maakte. |

goed hotel met zeer vriendelijke bediening die probeert je snel thuis te laten voelen. Recente verbeteringen van de "binnenplaats" zijn positief internetfaciliteiten zijn niet meer van deze tijd. WiFi alleen maar in het (hete) bussiness center is out of date. |

Excellente situation en plien centre ville de Kuta tout pêt de la plage à quelques metres seulement. Le persennel est très acceuillant, professionnel. L'hôtel dispose de 5 restaurants tous excellents et très variés avec des prix raisonnables. Le décoration de l'hotel est magnifique, vous serez surpris par le cadre reposant et charmant de la décoration des jardin et des chambres. les serviettes vetustes, mais largement compensé par le service de l'hotel |

De eerste paar dagen hadden we een kamer met 2 enkele bedden. Hier mee zijn we naar de receptie gegaan, en al snel kregen we een suite hiervoor in de plaats. |

Personeel continu klantvriendelijk. Ontbijt was zeer gevarieerd en uitgebreid, erg goed! Tijdens het ontbijt was er soms te weinig personeel of geen goed organisatie. Tafels waren vaak nog niet opgeruimd voor de volgende gasten die gingen ontbijten. Tafels waren vaak niet schoon (voelde erg plakkerig). En moesten soms wat lang wachten voordat we geholpen werden, en soms werd er vergeten waar we dan om gevraagd hadden, ivm de drukte en onderbezetting van het personeel. |

De lokatie van het hotel in Kuta is uitstekend en ook de enige reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen Helaas geen internet verbinding op kamer of in de lobby van het hotel. |
