Design of the villas and hotel overall is good - well planned rooms which are well kept, clean and comfortable Sevice was below expectations for a hotel of this type. Staff were generally not very responsive, not as polite an welcoming as I would expect for Bali |

1)The villa cleanliness 2) The privacy 3) The wide variety of selections for breakfast 1) too many lizards 2) the TV was placed in a rather odd angle where we can't have a good view of the TV if we were lying on the bed (one person will be blocking the other person) or sitting on the sofa - maybe need to consider re-arranging the furniture a little - just a suggestion 3) The pressure of the jacuzzi in the swimming pool can be more powerful |

It was very quite and very relaxing.The place was nice and comfy. The foods on the menu sometime finish.Should provide atleast a motorcycle so that couples can move around the area easier. |

The villa is private & exclusive.Can jump into the pool as you wish.Free drinks & snacks would last you for two days.Only thing that was not working when we checked in was the jacuzzi.But then it was fixed instantly. |

The interior of the villa is absolutely comfortable despite that it's not very new. The mini bar is very well stock and all juices, beers and snacks were complimentary. We stayed in Villa 3 where we got direct sunlight at the pool and open kitchen area in the morning. A pity as it's the best time to sit outdoor and enjoying a nice breakfast. The light in the small pool was not working on the first night and the technician took more than 2 hours but not able to fix it. |

It's clean and private. But the location is not very good. It's quite far from everything. you need one hour to get to most of the main points for sight-seeing. The beach near the villa is not very nice and a bit far for walking. Only one nice restaurant(Spanish food) is near and open late, but it is quite expensive. The workers are nice like most of the people in bali. But the internet is not working from time to time. But I love that we can have our breakfast inside the villa. the internet is not working from time to time. |

The staff are very helpful. It is walking distance to restaurants, convenient shop, etc. Very convenient. After 7.30pm the lane leads to Ranadi Villa was very dark. |

The villa was nice until my friend apotted an unwelcome visitor in our villa. The hotel was haunted and my friend spotted a ghost in our villa. We confirmed with the staff and the acknowledge that their staff did see sightings before. The hotel mgr even hired a Balinese priest to pray in te room. The first 2 nights were fine but we were totally spooked out thereafer and did not sleep well. However, as the hotel was full, we weren't able to chaneg to another villa. |

The staff were very friendly & were happy to help make our stay comfortable in any way possible. Breakfast needed to be booked for a certain time! It would be better not to have this scheduled as part of your holiday, it is nicer to wake up & have breakfast when you feel like it. |

De locatie was prima, in t centrum van seminyak t complex is klein maar ziet er leuk uit, leuke lobby, goed restaurant s'avonds (helaas dag en nacht t zelfde gamalannummer!) De flexibiliteit van de medewerkers was niet erg groot, de meesten spraken ook niet goed engels. het ontbijt wordt geserveerd onder plasticfolie dus de warme gerchten inc de toast zijn nat en ook niet erg warm. te duur voor een eenkamervilla met extra (veld) bed ,($48per nacht extra!!) kanishka villas is een veel betere optie; ruim, betere sevice en goedkoper! |

Die gute Ausstattung der Zimmer und die Gesamtkonzeption der Villa mit Aussenbereich und Pool Der Service hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können und die sonst üblichen Leistungen wie Pick-up-service bzw. Airport-Transfer hätten enthalten sein können |
