Airport pick up was fantastic. Seeing my name on a sign as soon as we went outside the airport was wonderful! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. Pool was lovely and clean. Smallish but seemed adequate for the number of villas in use during our stay. Rooms kept very clean. Master bedroom upstairs was very large and the ensuite roomy.
Schoolies staying opposite were rowdy between 7-10pm each evening, but then again we chose to stay during schoolies time. When sitting in the restaurant for breakfast, the full glass window are close to the street, so street sellers would tend to try to get our attention to sell us things at times. I'd suggest choosing your table and seat with this in mind. Our son's room in downstairs villa was very small and basic.
Liked traditional Balinese style , location good .
Very overpriced, loud noise and fumes from major construction site next door 12 hrs a day, completely bare kitchen-no plates glasses utensils etc , broken toilets, lots of mozzies in bedrooms, mouldy dank 3rd bedroom downstairs, very basic breakfast, faulty air conditioners, only 7 pool lounges for whole resort, - needs a lot of money spent on it - would never go back.
Great family style accommodation in a central location with a traditional Balinese feel.
small amount of noise from construction site at the rear.
Nice staff Air conditioned rooms
Air conditioners leaked Major mosquito problem Bug insecticide spraying during morning when kids running around. Water main switched off hours at a time two days in a row. Needs more fans in open living spaces & pool warm like a bath not ideal for humid hot conditions.
We loved our stay here, stepping through the gate felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle into a . beautifully landscaped oasis. The Villas were gorgeous, each room is air conditioned and modern with a flat screen TV. The main living areas are open air which was lovely . This is the only 'traditional' style accommodation we stayed in that felt luxurious and clean. Great value for money.
Nothing, We'll definitely be back.
Great down stairs area Friendly helpful, staff. Great location. We had a wonderful 16 day holiday here. We will be back next year and will bring our friends with us. Breakfast good. Asked for pancakes one morning and they were specially make. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Royal Tujung for a wonderful holiday.
Nice Master Bedroom & massive openair bathroom. Security 24 hours a day. Nice Pool. Lovely Gardens. Friendly Helpful Staff. Across from a mini mart. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Access to beach around the corner. Day Spa out the front. Overall a Nice set of villas and i would consider staying there again, but in one of the middle or back villas.
Breakfast options were minimal. Safes kept malfunctioning and staff had to open. Had to go to reception to request pool towels everytime. Lounge chairs in villa were very uncomfortable. Seems quiet but First Villa is exposed to restaurant noise til all hours. Open air living is not for those who like privacy. You can only lock the bedrooms, anything else anyone can access if they wanted. Tight alley to get to beach not clearly marked.
Friendly staff helpful polite great location
Noise from Puri Radja patrons walking down side entry of hotel all hours of the night drunk and very noisy
Remembered my son's 21st birthday with a small cake. Courteous front desk, restaurant and hose keeping staff
The size of the villa was excellent: Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living space, four TVs, dining table etc. The staff were friendly and did their best. The pool was fine; smallish, but big enough for the number of guests. Breakfast adequate.
There were multiple maintenance issues, such as broken toilets, taps that didn't work, rusty bathtubs, safe batteries in need of replacement, power sockets that didn't function, dripping air conditioners, etc. And a kitchenette without a knife, plate or chopping board...
Position one street from beach
Restaurant could be improved
Our only regret is that we did not allow enough time to stay longer.
The villas, location and staff
Breakfast was O.k - nothing special
It was so centrally located to everything we needed. Walking distance to most things
Good location, bedrooms and bathrooms good size upstairs
It needs more deck chairs around the swimming pool and drinking/wine glasses in the kitchen/ dining area cupboards
Huge rooms, polite staff, exceptionally clean and a gem of a place. I will return.
Restaurant was average and breakfast is simply melon, bacon, eggs, white bread and cheap cereal. No door to villa so couldn't take my eyes off my toddler for a moment. Mozzies are pretty bad too.
Staff, pool, food, location, space and design of the villa.
Absolutely beautiful property, gardens are wonderful, delight to walk through and so well maintained. The Villa was a dream come true. Private, quit, short walk to beach and restaurants and night life.
value for money as the villas are huge and in a good location. staff are very accomodating. good massages at front of villas.
front of house staff are still learning english.but we got there evenyually
Lovely staff hospitable and always smiling and helpful. Beautiful decor and cool refreshing rooms after a hot humid trip from Lembongan.
More bottled water in rooms for coffee making. Nice omelettes for breakfast but sausages not as good. Need jams or other spreads for the toast.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Villa was a great location to pool and breakfast facility. Would stay again for 4+ group accommodation.
No kitchen utensils or plates readily available. Downstairs bedroom had a damp, mouldy smell.
great for group of friends with 3 bedrooms near shops, restaurants
plenty of mosquitoes, downstairs fan too small and not effective, kitchen with foul smell, beach not easily accessible had to walk in a narrow street that one can easily be a crime victim, has private pool but looks dirty
Welcome mocktail on arrival Photos didn't do it justice Day spa staff were lovely Gardens were beautiful Location was great On site restaurant was ok, one next door was better Had place to ourselves for most of stay due to being off-peak Hiring a driver (A$40/day) instead of catching taxis
Sheets didn't go full length of bed Staff had limited English, just enough to barely get by
We were staying in one of the 3brm villas and the space accommodated our family of five well. Staff were quite friendly and helpful.
The complex looks like it hasn't been refreshed for about 20yrs. Our room walls had some stains, the linen had holes and were stained. The American buffet breakfast was very ordinary; bread was old/stale, bacon was always overcooked and the range was limited. The pool needs a good clean as the wall had algae build-up. I realise we were in Bali, but it be helpful if reception staff were able to speak some English as one of them could not even understand the words "room key" or "checkout".
Loved the open plan of downstairs, staff and peacefulness.
Stray cats running through villa. Needed a bigger or more lounge room seating especially as there were six of us.
