(1) Friendly receptionist. (2) Complimentary 1-way airport pickup. (1) Arrived @ the hotel then check-in the room. Gosh! What I noticed is the room was left without housekeeping as well as the dustbin still with lots of cigarette buds. I went down to the reception and feedback to them in Indonesian "Mas...karma saya masih tidak dikemaskan dan dibersihkan" literally brother, my room is still untidy and unclean. They immediately change another room for me. (2) Stated here and even at the reception, room with hot/cold shower but eventually no hot shower. Liar!! (3) I stayed for 3 nights. Arrived on the 18 Aug 2012, went to the room that they changed for me and noticed that the WIFI doesn't work then I feedback to them. Good thing is they fixed it on the next day 19 Aug 2012 evening. (4) The en suite shower room with a very strong & unusual smell of oxidization or rust. I realized it while turning on the water tap and the unusual smell actually was from the water itself. I suspected the water was either from the rusty water supply tank or the piping. I bet you won't use it to clean your mouth or gargle. I really wouldn't know how to describe how bad was the water smell. Moreover, the room was full of mosquitoes. I got no choice as I had paid 3 nights in total and forcing myself to stay in the filthy room for 3 nights. *I asked for the bottled water and I use it to clean my mouth & gargle for morning and night use. (5) Blood stain everywhere on the wall, bed sheet & blanket. Lucky part is the pillow is clean without any unusual smell. (6) Aircond doesn't work properly was warm during day time even night time I have to pull off my blanket otherwise too warm to sleep as the room is without window. There's a daily check card put next to the aircond. The service man surely just filled up the card for the sake of not maintain and servicing the aircond. 1st night I just try my best to fight for the warm night but don't really sleep well. The 2nd day I decided to open its cover and goshhh!! the filters had not been clean for ages.

Harga terjangkau Kenyamanan agak kurang, krn ada beberapa equipment room yg sdh harus diganti dengan baru. mis: AC, Shower, dll

The only thing worth notice is the price is very cheap and location is not too far from Mall SKA. The room is very small No hot water There's water dripping sound from the toilet The corridor is smelly
